We ordered roses and never received them. The phone number and email is not accurate. Whenever you call no one answers and they never responded to my text.
I ordered a rose bear on June 9th 2023 and it never shipped out but money was taken from my account immediately. I've called the number they have listed but it's a answering machine that says please call back during normal business hours. Regardless of time i call it says the same thing. I even paid for order protection and i get no response from them either. They even send you these discount codes to get you to order. Dose of Rose's and order protection are scamming together.
I fell for one of their ads about a week or so before Valentine's Day on social media. I paid well over $100 for one of their products, and then paid for Rush Shipping on top of that, to ensure that it would arrive before Valentine's Day (it promised a 2/13 arrival date). It also promised that if you paid for Rush Shipping, it would be shipped within 24 hours.
None of this happened. It did NOT ship for 5 days, and they hadn't even given it to USPS until the morning of 2/13. By then, the estimated arrival date had been pushed to 2/15, which made this obviously totally useless for my Valentine's Day plans. I told them I obviously would not need these anymore if they weren't going to come by Valentine's Day and to cancel the order, and they offered me NOTHING. They told me that's too bad, and did NOT let me cancel it, and then did NOT refund me ANYTHING.
I've filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. There is a reason why they have so many 1-star reviews on other review sites across the web. I completely regret falling for their ad.
This site did not send out my order after 2 weeks and the phone number goes straight to voicemail. The chat never connects you with anyone and the email send an automatic reply saying someone will be with you and after a day or 2, no one reaches out and they send a survey.
I took a risk by using this business, as I buy from the same businesses for every event and every year...based on my experience buying a Valentine's Day gift for my wife, I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. They're playing a 'shell game' by confirming an incorrect delivery date at the time of purchase in order to drive sales, knowing full well the delivery date isn't feasible - after I paid for express delivery, they CONFIRMED Feb 13th when I placed my order and then updated the status to Feb 16th the following business day. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, I was told I had to wait until I received the delivery. Of course, I tried again after it was delivered and was told they could only refund the additional delivery charges. I think it's clear to them that I wouldn't have placed the order if they were honest about the delivery date, particularly since it's Valentine's Day! This is a despicable practice. The fact that it arrived after Valentines Day makes it absolutely useless...I had to purchase flowers at the last minute, which is what I was trying to avoid to begin with! There's a way to grow a retail business without taking advantage of customers.
I placed an order for 2 large rose bears for valentines day two weeks before 02/14/23
I received only 1 bear on 02/06/23. After numerous attempts for almost two weeks of calling and email and chat with this company I still have not received the missing bear. At this point this companies lack of customer service I will have to stop somewhere last minute and get my daughter a different gift. I will never shop with this company again. There are plenty of websites even amazon that are offering similar products and i guarantee they will have better service
To start this off I almost never write a review, this company I am completely convinced is a scam and I wish I looked into it before making a purchase, I spent $350 dollars on a box of preserved roses for Valentine's Day and at first they took 10 days to even ship the item after having to be reminded 4 times about it, secondly once they claimed to drop this off at the carrier it never moved from its Los Angeles location and when I reached back out two days before Valentine's Day they didn't care to help and locate the flowers and resolve the issue. At first I was denied a refund so I had the order protection help me get my money back as I was not paying for this low quality service and a package I never received. Very unhelpful and seemingly fraudulent company! BEWARE.
This company is terrible. I bought with them last Valentine's Day. Paid extra to be shipped on V-Day, was delivered after the day. Here's the kicker, the items were delivered separately and the order was wrong. On top of that, they did not refund. Only gave me like a portion of shipping back or something.
If you are reading this do yourself a favor and do not order from this company! I order 3 items from this place totaling almost $200 I never received anything! After numerous attempts of trying to contact customer service I never received any updates on when I would get my items or the refund that I asked for. I paid $35 for expedited shipping and here it is almost a month after I order and still haven't received a thing! I'm currently filing a complaint to the BBB! Customer service said they were going to send my complaint to the shipping manager and I'd get an update still nothing! Please believe the negative reviews! They are REAL! The good reviews has to be coming from employees this company is a complete scam! If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. It only has one star just to inform anyone else that might be looking into buying this from this place!
I order an item that is not what I expected and I try to start a refund on their website and it showed an error saying my email and order number wasn't a match. Try to contact them through their chat and no one responded. Try emailing them and no one responded. Try calling them but no one answered and I was calling during their business hour. This company is just a big scam. They just want to take your money and that's it. All the celebrities that they work with are probably just being paid by the company so they can be seen like a reputable company. I would never place an order from them again.
Scammed me of over $700. I have emailed them countless times with zero reply. They are sociopaths who run this company. Still waiting on my order despite the lies of expedited shipping/processing. They will fraud you too. Con artists! DO NOT DO IT!
I initially ordered one red rose bear to see the quality of the bears and received it with no problems.
I then ordered 10 red rose bears and they only shipped 1, had to file insurance claim and they shipped one more. Insurance company will not respond to me emails now. Never received all 10 bears, can't contact them by phone (goes straight to a recording), support email doesn't work either (no response), now the only choice I have is to contact credit card company. Dose of Rose Support claims to have sent all bears at one time, but they only send one bear each shipment (due to weight confirmation received from UPS, not possible to contain all bears). Now I am not sure what I will do for my anniversary party decorations. Not willing to trust anymore online companies.
I never received my item worth $119 and I was never refunded my money. I sent numerous of emails for wells on end and still nothing! This company is a scam!
After months of contacting dose of roses for a product they sent damaged, they refused to answer. After disputing the charge they claim it's a policy that they don't refund disputed charges. When they contact the credit company to challenge the dispute to reinstate the charge, they then claim it's a policy of their insurer to not process disputed claims that were disputed before but unsuccessfully refunded. They are elusive to refunds and answers. I urge everyone to continue to document these issues so a federal charge is brought forth. Further more, the do not provide recipes, tracking numbers or any other of the information required by merchants under federal law. The products are of the lowest quality and it's apparent they are in it to scam. Much better alternatives are on the market as this product is not genuine. The fact that they refuse to respond until you dispute the charge then reply to the creditor company proves their practice is unlawful. In addition, the practice policies in place by their insurer that they refuse to process any claim that was attempted to be disputed by a crediting company makes it obvious they have orchestrated practices to violate FTC laws. Karama will catch these people and hopefully federal charges as well. Both Dose of roses and their package insurer presume fraudulent practices that will soon be exposed and hopefully prosecuted.
I didn't receive my order. When contacted both via phone and email. The phone line never gets answered and I was ghosted via email by this so called 'customer service rep'. This company is a complete scam. Steer clear of them if you are seeking to order from a reputable company.
I paid extra for a mother's day arrival ($19.99), about a week in advance (plenty of time). Sadly, it did not arrive on said day, arriving the next day ruining the holiday. All they did was refund 40% of shipping cost, which is woopty doo, $8.00. Gee thanks
I ordered a galaxy rose from them and paided 20 extra dollars for their mothers day express delivery and it said that the galaxy rose would be shipped to my house by the 7th in time for mothers day and they have yet to send it to the post office let alone to me. When you offer a service and people pay for said services you should hold up your end of the deal and provide such services. So far this company isn't worth the time and people should avoid doing business with such a shady company. If my order isn't here by tomorrow which is mothers day, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
I got my girlfriend for her birthday last week a Rose Bear from Dose of Roses and she absolutely loves it!
They refuse to refund for damaged items or even send receipts. There products are cheap and staff is dishonorable
To start off, this isn't some I ordered 3 days before Valentines day complaint. I ordered a small boxed rose on Feb 28th on a rush processing order even though I didn't need it for another 3 weeks but they advertise that they don't pack it right away unless you pay for the expedited shipping. I paid $43.74 for the Galaxy Rose Arrangement Ă— 1 Small (1 Rose) / Suede / Pink. I received the item on March 3rd. I opened the box to find that I received a WHITE box and not the PINK one like I ordered and I immediately contacted them right away via email. The conversation with them encompassed 2 weeks just in the end to tell me that they sent the correct item when it CLEARLY and UNDENIABLY says I ordered PINK on both their website orders and the email confirmation I received when I ordered it. In the beginning they were trying to tell me that what I received is correct but I managed to convince the first customer service rep that it was wrong and I was told that it would be escalated to the management team and that I should received an email with confirmation of a replacement. 5 days go by and nothing happens so I email them again. I received a reply stating that what they sent me is correct, WHAT A JOKE. I gave up and just ended up resorting to my bank to dispute the charges. This company is a joke, especially for the prices they charge and HOW they charge you. Never buy from this company, EVER.

Answer: You will not get your order... this company is a scam! They fraudulently use an address of a different business without that business owners consent. Multiple police reports in Beverly Hills have been filed and they steal money with no intent to send merchandise, visit the Facebook page "Dose of Roses Scam" I would IMMEDIATELY dispute the charges with your bank and get your money back. I had to change my credit card number also because they also sell your credit card info. They have one of the worst ratings with the BBB and there is virtually no hope trying to contact them. They WILL NOT respond. I, along with many others are filing lawsuits against the company. Bottom line... these are criminals just looking to take your money and credit info. 9 out of 10 potential "customers" will be charged for their order and will never hear a word from this "company" ever again... most likely you will not receive your order either. Do some research on them. Overwhelming how many people they rip off
Answer: I saw in fb, thought it was beautiful, and when i went to buy, it popped up order within 3-4 minutes to recieve 10% off, (which never came off) maybe to rush you too buy before you can check the reviews learned my lesson
