I wish I could give less than 1 star. Where to begin. Customer service is absolute trash. Tried contacting customer service about 4 times now with no response to either email or phone calls. Shipping estimates are entirely inaccurate. Was expecting 7-10 business days. Took 20 business days. No refunds or returns. And if you are even granted the refund its a store credit. Absolutely pathetic company.
For Mother's Day, my son and I ordered my wife a rose gold colored rose in a round box. Twice I've received the wrong product, and despite being told that I'll have my correct order shipped out to me, I haven't gotten a confirmation email about that. The sales on their product are final, therefore money can't be refunded. I have no other way of getting my ordered item or my money, because the customer service department won't respond to my emails. Absolute worst experience I've ever had from an online flower company, would not recommend to others looking for gifts for loved ones. If I could give zero stars, I wholeheartedly would.
I received my shipment of half dozen Galaxy Roses today. Unlike most of the negative reviews I've read, mine arrived on time and without delay. These roses do look beautiful, but upon closer inspection you notice that they are thin and made of plastic. If I had to use a single word to describe them it would be a Prop. The look nice in pictures and from far off, but once you get close you can clearly see that they are very cheaply made. Looking in the center of the rose you can even see a screw holding all the plastic rose petals together. They do actually look like something you would purchase at a dollar store, but I paid ten dollars apiece for them. So let this serve as a warning to others. These are not made of glass or hard plastic resin, and do not have gold plated stems. It's all plastic of playing a trick on you. Save time and money, shop elsewhere.
Do not believe all the fake positive reviews. I bought a galaxy rose on 2/12/2020 paid an extra 40$ for next day delivery and now today is valentine's day 2/14/2020 and my galaxy rose has still yet to be shipped, I've emailed them multiple times and have yet to even get a response that isn't an automatic email response, thank you dose of rose for ruining valentine's day 2020 for me and my ol' lady who have been together now for 10 years in June such a disappointing way to start our ten year anniversary
Purchased for anniversary with expedited processing and priority shipping. Delivery date was supposed to be 3/17 but didn't show till 3/21. Requested refund on 17th (got a message saying it was preparing to be shipped) yet they still shipped the product and held a portion of my money. They never answer their phone and only responded when I filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say the product that arrived was sub-par, was expecting a real flower per the website but got a plastic pos that's screwed together
I ordered over a week prior to Valentine's Day. Paid for rush processing and expedited shipping ordered the bear and a galaxy rose. One gift made it on valentines the other made it the next day which is pretty ridiculous for price of shipping. The gifts are cool for what they are the company handling is the downfall. Probably won't order again.
I always give an online shop good reviews if I have not encountered any problems at all with the whole shopping experience. DOR has delivered their products both in their promised high quality and on time.
