I received help? You all want me to rate the help I haven't received yet? Perfect lets do that, first of all let's start off with I was at first more than happy to purchase the 2 items I did. The products seem great, they aren't even for me but they seem nice. Now, I had to order 2 times because 2 items I picked that both state that they are "normally ready" 4 hours, I get it, it takes a while you all have a lot of orders to go through but still It takes 5 days to get a package to the courier? REALLY? So something that was supposed to be delivered by the 9th, oh wait my fault that means leaving your warehouse by then...how unspecific of me, wait that didn't happen either because the order STILL hasn't made it to UPS. So I put in another order with expedited shipping. Just hoping I could get the Items to who they are going to so I could surprise them for the day they are supposed to be for. Coincidentally they left when they were advertised to do so is that because I paid the extra $9.99 for that order? Meanwhile this order that I ordered over a week in advance to be there won't even get processed by UPS until maybe monday the 13th if I'm lucky and shows up to them by then, plus the 1-6 day shipping I paid for so let's count on 6 so that's the 19th. Basically an entire week after the intended day I purchased the items for PERFECT, oh right I asked to have that order canceled and refunded, you know the one I never received a reply to. I tried calling multiple days for both phone numbers, 8 AM to 3:30 PM PST, no one ever answered for 3 days. Then it was today Saturday the 11th, mind you I ordered on the 4th. I tried facebook, got an automated response. Nothing after that. I tried the messenger on your webpage, again nothing but a auto response. Now I have like $130 wrapped up because this company doesn't value the people that choose to buy their products. 3 emails later, dozens of phone calls and attempts to get in touch with a human, still nothing. I reached out to the order protection for the order not leaving and was told 7 days until it could be refunded if it doesn't reach UPS by then. Cool not really their fault, but they replied to me within the same hour... I get it, I do not every website or company has hundreds or thousands of people working for them. But after all this STILL not getting any kind of help or resolution for this and You all want to send me another automated email with the audacity of asking me how would I rate the help I got? Let's get there now. (this is satire for anyone who can't tell) Being that I haven't received any help at all it's been great you all at Dose of Roses Support have a FANTASTIC support system that has given me everything I needed except for any help. SO, 0 stars since negative is not an option. Again CANCEL and Refund my order and expect me to share this with every one I can if only to tell them to expect the same or plan WAY in advance or be prepared to pay the extra fees to get the service that should be included with your order.
Side note: I understand when I ordered these products thing's happen. People are people. For whomever may have to read this understand it's not directly aimed at you. I'm upset but I believe rightfully so. I spend my hard earned money to do something nice for someone else and apparently my lack of due diligence on whom I choose to purchase these types of items from was lacking, that's on me. However you all there need to reevaluate the support system or lack there of one. 1-6 day shipping really means this is what you are paying the carrier for, not when you can expect it to be there without paying for the expedited shipping and a higher than standard shipping rate. It's sad because I really do like the items, they look amazing, they probably will make a great gift for the person I got them for. Unfortunately that will be the last time I ever choose to buy anything from this company and for anyone else who reads this just be prepared before you do. Take your time... plan way ahead and be okay with whenever it shows up, if it does. Thanks for the time. I wish you the best, if you work for Dose of Roses please feel free to get in touch with me... I'll be waiting although it seems from the 2 tickets I put in via email I may never get anyone if I'm getting auto responses asking for a rating for help like my ticket was closed... What supposed to be the best experience ended up being the worst!

I am going to be completely honest. This definitely would've gotten a 5 had I not had to go through what I did. I received the 50 roses sooner than expected which is wonderful, but unfortunately, the way they packaged the flowers, they were flatten/smushed in at the top, so that lost a star. I contacted them, had to explain it wasn't through shipping that they were damaged but because of their packaging, anyway they ASSURED ME that it wasn't going to happen the second time as they're preparing to ship out my replacement. Received the shipping confirmation on Monday so I told them because these were my birthday gift it would need to get to me by Thursday(my birthday) because we are going on a trip and won't be home but anyways they didn't come until after so I had to go and retrieve them from the FedEx location. I was extremely excited to retrieve them because the first one did not come as they're supposed to. As soon as I opened the second shipment, you guessed it, my disappointment, I was so distraught and disappointed because these were even more smushed from the sides and the top. I contacted them and of course they said it was the shipping that did the damage but I told them both times the boxes were in perfect condition. They offered to refund me $65 (it's a joke to me because we paid almost $500 for these) plus people don't pay this kind of money so they can get their money back, they want their flowers to come as they're supposed to!... so that's what I told them and even told them my experience and that I do not want to go through this again because they offered to resend another replacement. I've concluded that you should only buy these in person because they are oblivious to how they're packaging these flowers, and lastly, I'm sorry to say this but based on my personal experience, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM DOSE OF ROSES EVER AGAIN! Not only did they disappointed me tremendously, they did not deliver their promises and I have to say, this is one of the worst experiences of my entire life, mind you, this is supposed to be one of the best experiences.
