Full five stars for Dose of Roses not only for these high-end roses but also for the smooth processing and transactions. Everything is so easy to do, in fact, the hardest part was choosing which product to give to my wife.
Black roses aren't exactly common and it's not easy to find a place that sells them so I haven't appreciated them as much until my order arrived. They're gorgeous, and my girlfriend would be impressed.

Save yourself the time and money and never order from this place. They're clearly desperate for money. I placed an order for the wrong item, and tried to cancel it an hour after placing the order. They have no way of reaching them. Customer service intensional replied to my email after the order had already shipped. They wouldn't except the return, only "STORE CREDIT". Amazon sells the same cheap Chinese products on their store with Prime. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If any small business collapse during this economy, I hope it's this one.

It's been over 2 weeks since Valentine's Day. The package was never delivered, specifically paid for rush delivery, and did not purchase last minute. Several messages sent through chat have been ignored, email ignored, unable to get in contact with anyone over the phone. The least that could have been done was to reach out in advance to let customers know what was going on. At the very bare minimum COMMUNICATE! I'm not sure what kind of scam company they are running but they are also deleting Instagram and fb comments of people complaining about the lack of delivery. This has to be the most unprofessional shopping experience that I have ever witnessed. They also refuse to provide a refund and sent me a link to the no refund policy even though they told me that THEY were sold out of my order. Not only were they sold out, but they also did not communicate that until I reached out to them.
I bought something for my wife for valentines day with over a week in advance to get it shipped out to arrive on time. I even got spammed emails from this company saying to get in orders before valentines day before its too late! What do you know? It never arrived on time and is expected to be delivered by the end of the week. Never again will I buy anything from this place, spammed me with emails and did not commit to their end of getting customers what they promised. What a shame!

I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend on her birthday. I saw this online as I was scrolling looking for unique gifts. I was originally looking for gold dipped roses when I stumbled across this item. I ordered it on Sunday night and it was delivered to me in Oklahoma City by noon on Thursday. So it was a relatively fast delivery. It was packaged very well. When I opened it, I was in awe of how it looked. More beautiful than how it looks online. I then popped the bottom off the battery compartment and plugged in three AAA batteries and replaced the lid. I turned the switch to "on" and was mesmerized by the lights and how well the rose lit up. This thing is magnificent and like I said the pictures and online viewing does not do it justice. This is a must have gift for your significant other! I can't wait to give this to my girlfriend.
