"Galaxy Roses" are pearlescent, but they are obviously plastic-looking. Additionally, I ordered 6 of these, and they shipped them 2 in each box, and the box is undersized, so they come in warped/crushed. I couldn't use several of them and contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Terrible customer service, cheap product, and poor planning on their part with the packaging. If you order multiple roses, you won't get a box for each one. Way to to save a few pennies on shipping expenses while ruining the product for your customers. By the way, I left a 5-star review for their "Rose Bear" and it instantly showed-up on their site. I wrote a 2-star review for their "Galaxy Rose", and it got filtered out. It seems that they won't publish any reviews on their site that are below 4 star. Way to lie to people. Don't trust this company - BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a Valentine's Day gift Feb 10 days ahead paid for 1-3 days shipping still no package Doses of Roses never responded back tracking number was empty for 2 items only one showed shipped or moving its 3 days after Valentine's Day no items very bad poor customer service they dont reassure you and once they send you a tracking number good luck your on you own from there buy at your own risk. They have yet to respond back or send a replacement item.
I'm really glad for the variety of colors this site had for every item here. I saw purple, black, bronze, and other colors not typical of roses. I could buy different roses for my mom and my girlfriend that came in their favorite color.

Ordered my rose for my girlfriend on 2-12-2020. I paid $40 for overnight shipping and $9 for rushed processing. Today is 2-18-2020 and I still don't have it. They won't send me updates or contact me back. I have sent multiple emails. Please don't use this company if it really is a company.
After months of contacting dose of roses for a product they sent damaged, they refused to answer. After disputing the charge they claim it's a policy that they don't refund disputed charges. When they contact the credit company to challenge the dispute to reinstate the charge, they then claim it's a policy of their insurer to not process disputed claims that were disputed before but unsuccessfully refunded. They are elusive to refunds and answers. I urge everyone to continue to document these issues so a federal charge is brought forth. Further more, the do not provide recipes, tracking numbers or any other of the information required by merchants under federal law. The products are of the lowest quality and it's apparent they are in it to scam. Much better alternatives are on the market as this product is not genuine. The fact that they refuse to respond until you dispute the charge then reply to the creditor company proves their practice is unlawful. In addition, the practice policies in place by their insurer that they refuse to process any claim that was attempted to be disputed by a crediting company makes it obvious they have orchestrated practices to violate FTC laws. Karama will catch these people and hopefully federal charges as well. Both Dose of roses and their package insurer presume fraudulent practices that will soon be exposed and hopefully prosecuted.
I like how easy it was to shop on here. I would never back out of an item I added to my bag. I have dropped many items in the past with other shops just because I couldn't quite understand the whole process. I'm simple minded, and I'm glad this was easy to do.
I always thought my girlfriend is one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen, and I'm glad there are roses that would match her well. I really do mean it that you have the best roses I've seen.
