For Mother's Day, my son and I ordered my wife a rose gold colored rose in a round box. Twice I've received the wrong product, and despite being told that I'll have my correct order shipped out to me, I haven't gotten a confirmation email about that. The sales on their product are final, therefore money can't be refunded. I have no other way of getting my ordered item or my money, because the customer service department won't respond to my emails. Absolute worst experience I've ever had from an online flower company, would not recommend to others looking for gifts for loved ones. If I could give zero stars, I wholeheartedly would.
