Purchased for anniversary with expedited processing and priority shipping. Delivery date was supposed to be 3/17 but didn't show till 3/21. Requested refund on 17th (got a message saying it was preparing to be shipped) yet they still shipped the product and held a portion of my money. They never answer their phone and only responded when I filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say the product that arrived was sub-par, was expecting a real flower per the website but got a plastic pos that's screwed together
My girlfriend and I have been struggling financially a bit but I still wanted to give her something nice for her birthday. The shopping by price' really helped me to pick out a great gift. The products are so great that she'll probably think they're all expensive.

I'm embarrassed to give this to my wife. I had no idea it was made out of plastic. I could of found something better at a flea market. The 24k stamped on the side of the stem is bs. Unless they started making gold out of plastic. It looked so pretty in the pictures. They should of paid me to take this poc. I'm sorry babe. Oh and let's not forget it took over a week and a half longer for delivery. I wish it would of never showed up, then I could dispute the charge. I'm thinking about telling my wife it got lost. I received my bear covered in glue not to mention I did NOT receive the beautiful display box that they advertise. My bear was thrown in a box with bubble wrap and a black bow around the neck. Spent money for expedited shipping and received my order a week later. This company has the worst customer service. I made numerous attempts to reach out with no response. They delete all the negative reviews on social media and ignore their paying customers.

I ordered a rose bear for Valentines day - received it with some damage. I immediately emailed the support email that is provided because there is no phone number. It's been 4 days with no response. Very disappointing - the merchandise is ok - frankly looks a bit cheap for the cost but at the very least i expected a response in enough time to resolve the issue before Valentines Day. I would not recommend purchasing the rose bear - it's cheap silky flowers that fall off easily. Cute concept but quality is very poor. Save your money.
I'm very very please with the purchase. My son wanted the pink rose bear for his mother on Christmas Day! I think she will adore it for eternal. Bless the owner and his team of some unbelievable pieces. Definitely will be ordering for Valentine's Day.
