I ordered a cute silver glittery pair of shoes. However they sent me the clear version, which was not the look I was going for. I've made multiple attempts to contact them to correct the issue. They've refuse to help. My goal isn't to receive anything free or even a discount code. I simply want the shoes I ordered. I've offered to pay for the re-shipment of the incorrect shoes in order to receive the correct item. Still my messages go unanswered. Needless to say buy items here with caution.

So I ordered a few Halloween costumes for a bday/Halloween party i have this weekend (10/17) I ordered Monday 10/12 and paid for 2 day shipping. No where while making the purchase did it say there may be delays or anything of that sort.
The next day i get an email saying my package will be delayed, i think okay ill give it another day i have until Saturday. The next day nothing- no i look up customer service info- they provide an email and a text number. I email the address and get a reply they will respond within 24-48 hours. Again, super unhelpful. When you need help you need it now- not in 2 days? They need to provide a phone number?
So the next day at 10:30pm a get a reply saying they have delays and i've been refunded for the shipping on my package. Okay great, but still no update on when i will get my package. At this point it's Wednesday night.
Next day i email again- nothing. So i try the text number-- they ask for the order # and my email, i provide that. Nothing. USELESS!
At 12:30pm Thursday 10/15 i get an email saying my package is FINALLY shipped and will be here on WEDNESDAY 10/21?!?! Excuse me? Not only is that a week from now, it's also not even within the 2-3 days!
I just emailed customer service again saying i wanted a full refund. I'm so frustrated. This company is not accessible to communicate with and solve issues, also they let you pay for faster shipping they don't even provide.
Listen- i understand things happen and the world is crazy- but then put an alert on your website that pops up when people go to check out letting them know there may be delays or don't offer faster shipping if you can't provide.

Before purchasing anything from here, read the consumer reports. I have only shopped once but already regret it. They are not an ethical, logical, or inclusive organization. They "repurpose" artist's designs without collaboration or permission, they lack integrity with their customers by advertising non refundable, poor quality merchandise, and the customer service is negligent if you're "lucky", or combative if you stand up for yourself after being ripped off since their pricey products are mediocre to poor quality. Please steer clear unless you're a glutton for punishmentyour sanity, wallet, and body will thank you.

Dude, I ordered 8 items over $300 on sale so some were last available. Paid shipping and paid for it to get to me by Friday. The shipping company said they delivered it at my front door. I was home the whole time and they did no such thing. After 4 days of hearing the same useless reply from them and threatening to sue, the package was magically delivered in a white mini van. It was all very suspicious. I'm very reluctant to buy from them again if they use a terrible shipping company with no real customer service.

Make sure you’re home when they supposedly say they delivered to your front door.

I bought the lunar holy relevation platform heels during this summer (2023) and it took extremely long to arrive (also my tracking code didn't work at first) and when I got them and tried them on nothing was wrong, but had to return them, because they didn't fit. I went on their website and tried to return them, but apparently they were not eligible for return anymore, because Dollskill doesn't accept returns 30 days after the order has been placed. The problem is it took way over 30 days for me to even receive my order. I emailed them about this and safe to say the tone of my email was pretty angry (in my opinion rightfully). They sent me the link to start the return. I printed the return sheet and did everything needed. Then I went to the postoffice and we tried to find Dollskills customer service phonenumber, but we couldn't find it anywhere. Thankfully we did because without it I couldn't have been able to return my order, but finding it took very long. In addition even with all these problems I still need to pay the returning cost myself and it is quite pricey.

Now I know I might sound really Karen-ish, but I've had so much trouble with everything regarding Dollskill, except one thing and that is their customer service, they have been so nice and helped with everything.

I bought the bubblegum traitor boots, and I'm heavy dissatisfied. After just a few hours of wear what happened was-
-dents in the platforms
-glue coming off (this is a sign of cheap quality, good brands don't use glue)
-weird stains
-sewing coming off
-heavy creases
They should probably use a hard sturdy plastic or resin instead of their current material for their platforms

They are $#*! now. Completely only into anime or raver clothes. What happen to them. They are completely $#*! now. No real deal. Oh and if ur canadian, u $#*! outta luck. Extra charges and their app doesnt work for CaN. Slowlyyyy more and more hating this company. And i used to looove it…

I use to buy from dolls kill like all the time for the past 3-4 years. Just a month ago I sent back a pair of overalls that were incorrectly sized and I had to pay for the shipping. Anyways, it's been a month and I still haven't received my refund. I've emailed them and they were responding at first until they decided to not answer me back regarding my order. I believe they blocked me because now when I email them I don't get a second follow up email stating they will respond within 24-48 hours.
They've always been such a great help in communicating and their service. The overalls were $150+ and I want my refund. Considering they did this. I'll NEVER order from them again. I also don't suggest anyone else ordering because if u want to return it, you might not get your money/store credit back. FACTS

Also dk quality isn't good at all. You can ask anyone!

Tip for consumers:
You might think u want the clothes on dk but after you buy it you shortly regret it. I also heard dk doesn’t support BLM. so fck them hungry racist cult chasers

The truth about dollzkill is you're paying for the design - when it comes to the quality of the product it is very cheaply manufactured.

REFERENCE IMAGES BELOW:
The designs do not match across the seams, the the hem and the seams on their clothes are very poorly sewn which tells you that they outsource cheap labor, they use very cheap fabric materials, and some of the designs on their clothes are actually painted on.

I ordered two pairs of sneakers & DollsKill shipped them in a big plastic mailer bag. I didn't even know that was allowed; practically a decorated garbage bag to ship my items. Both sneakers were previously tried on to where the leather & fabrics were obviously creased & had some dirt on the soles. On top of that, the boxes were destroyed—had to have partially been before transit because the box edges were frayed.

I have it two stars because, sure great prices & some cute stock, but the shipping sucks & the return policy of store credit is a trap. I believe they may have recently changed it to original payment—but I had to return the items used from store credit. They also take a fee from your return if you want store credit. Go figure.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you like a lot of their stock because you’ll be issued store credit in full. If you want your money back, a fee will be taken from your order. It’s up to you to determine if that’s a loss you’re okay with.
Document how you receive your items from anywhere. They ship items less securely than other places & you’re not guaranteed a brand new item. They don’t advertise this but my last order proves that it’s a gamble to shop with them.

90% of the shirts on there including plus size are cropped. Seriously there's a lot of us who still want the entire freaking shirt. I'm fat I know I'm fat I want to dress like a fat. Chill with a freaking crop s***. There are so many shirts that I would get if they weren't cropped. STOP!

Not only do their clothes fit almost 2 sizes to small. But the quality of my $60 costume is SO laughable I can't even wear it. The top is so flat and frail that you would have to be completely flat chested to wear it I mean NO breasts at all. It's like a piece of paper. And they forgot to give me a apart of the costume (the dog tag). They will not refund you they will give you credit even if unworn and their fault. Then they want you to rebuy the item if it costs more they will eventually give you the extra cost that you spent. Why not just resend the proper item/ new size after customer sends off the orginal? Also they DON'T tell you to size up. How ridiculous! If I wear a size 6 and a costume says fits up to 8 then why does it fit like a size 4! Ridiculous not buying from them again. I can see why others have resold their items. And FYI stop making EVERYTHING sheer as F. Not every woman wants to wear pasties under her dress top so you can't see her nips. Have some more class and make some more outfits that are being around kids friendly! If a total club wear site you should state that more so. Slut friendly but not real life friendly. The one top out of the 3 purchased is cute but stay away unless you want your gut hanging out and your nips showing

Styles are great and unique - but when it comes to the quality of the actual items, I'm disappointed. The prices are not cheap, so I wouldn't expect to receive something that I can't even wear because it's so ridiculously itchy, and that tears upon trying it on. Really poor quality. I threw it in the bin. The boots I bought are very cheaply made too, like something I'd expect to buy at a market selling fake ripoffs.

I keep receiving shoes with glue dripping off with damaged or crooked soles. When I contact customer all they offer is " send them back for a credit" no special accommodations for waiting almost 2 weeks for DEFECTIVE Shoes.

They should care more about their customers. Dolls kill is all about robbing the consumer with cheap damaged products and making a HUGE PROFIT

I'm happy with the merchandise I can buy from this site, but every single time I pay extra for quicker shipping, it just seems to take even longer than choosing normal shipping (typically 5 business days). I've brought this up to customer service already, and they don't seem to care. Since I work for a similar business, we strive to ship out our orders as quickly as possible according to when the order was placed AND which shipping option was selected. As long as they're making a few extra dollars, it doesn't seem to matter to them if I was planning to receive something by a specific date.

I spent several hundred dollars on several pairs of shoes from this site that did not fit properly. I returned them right away, only to find out I have store credit. I don't want store credit. I want my $300+ back.
I returned these items RIGHT AWAY, in original packaging with my receipt. Where's my refund?

I purchased $60 worth of things from Dolls skill almost a month ago and feel like their company really takes advantage of the customer. I bought a shirt, belt, and skirt after seeing they had a nice sale going. Since my purchase was over $50, economy shipping was free (could upgrade to 2-5 days for $4.95). I went with the economy because usually places don't take super long when it comes to their free/basic shipping. I received the items about 10 days later and everything was great except the skirt. Although advertised as sheer, I did not notice is was a wrap around skirt. The ribbon to tie it on felt like cheap present ribbon from the dollar store. It was also made of a horrible polyester and more sheer than expected. I kept the shirt (which definitely ran small, as an XL was skin tight and I normally wear a M-L) and the belt (the latch is now getting stuck and the design appears to be printed cheaply). I would have returned more, but they DO NOT have money refunds, only store credit. What a joke lol. I returned the skirt via their free shipping service and it arrived at their warehouse around 10 days later. After I noticed on the tracking that it had been back safely for 4 days, I went their online chat to ask where my credit was. Once I asked, it was credited back to my account in 30 minutes. I should not have to ask for my money or "credit" back because it's their total responsibility. To make things even more inconvenient, they make you pay shipping again for your exchange even if your first purchase qualified for free shipping. So even though I have a $28 credit, almost $5 of it has to go to shipping for my new item. Stupid and lame. What if I wanted to buy two different sizes of one thing and had to accept store credit for the one that doesn't work? I know that I was aware of their store credit policy, however it leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. Why is your company so money hungry? 90% of the items I'm interested in are either sold out or out of stock. How am I supposed to use my credit if the company isn't restocking and providing the customer with more options? They're just taking advantage of trendy styles and put on a cutesy facade, but are really just ripping you off.

I ordered my Halloween costume September 29th it is now October 17th and I have not received anything but a email saying my order has been shipped... every time i go on the website to see if they updated my tracking information it says "arriving late" it doesn't give me a estimate mind you it has been like this for 2 weeks... they have not responded to my emails or texts... I don't even know if the costume fits... they have very cute stuff but if you don't have time to waste then I don't recommend them

I ordered a dress, and some ripped up tights from their brand WIDOW, and the strappy outfit from Club Exx, and a pair of shoes from Azalea Wang as well as some plus size fishnet tights (which never even arrived with the rest of my order) and a leather spiked choker. The clothes were all medium, and they still fit like a small or extra small. The shoes are like high heels but they don't fit like a women's 8 1/2, they fit more like a 9 and don't support the bottoms of my feet very well. There was no cushioning for comfort, just a hard, oddly-curved sole. The dress was so small I had to struggle to get it over my shoulders. It's size was in no way a medium, it looked and fit like an extra small! I'm going to try to return everything. I'm very displeased with the ridiculous sizing l even used the size chart and it still ran small. The shoes especially look like their made with cheap material. Don't shop here. This was also before I found out about their history of racism, drug promotion, and plagiarism. This is pathetic.

Placed an order on the 14th to be absolutely sure I had a specific costume to match my friends for an event on the 22nd. On the 18th I see that my order hasn't shipped yet, so I call and am told not to worry - it was shipping that day and would arrive on the 21st. So I call today, the 21st, because I see that there's still no tracking info. Turns out no, it STILL hasn't even left the warehouse.

When I expressed how upset I was, given that I'd be the only person not wearing a matching Halloween costume with my friends despite having ordered it a week ago, and the fact that a customer service rep had given me misinformation so I didn't even know to try to figure something else out (still believing I'd get my order in time), the company's only offer was to cancel the order and refund my purchase price. Wow thanks.

I had an order for boots and pants, size XL. I checked the size guide, and was super excited to see that they had my size in XL. My measurements are 43 bust, 43 hips, and 35 waist. When I received the boots, they were good, but when I got the pants, they were maybe a size 10, maybe 3/4 the size of what I ordered. I also made another order for a bodysuit. 5 days after paying, I get an email that they ran out and were sending a refund. Ridiculous. Only buy shoes from that site if you aren't super tiny.

Tip for consumers:
Go maybe 2 or 3 sizes up if you are a "big girl"

I don't mind that they don't refund your money and only offer credit for returned items but its been 5 days since my return was received by them and I still don't have my store credit. Lots of business like this one and I know of none that take anywhere near as long to get your "money" back to you.

If you live outside of the US, forget it. The shoes i ordered run extremely small (I ordered a size up because I'm always extra careful with online shopping for shoes, and they were still way too small) and this wasn't stated anywhere in the product description. They don't do refunds and they don't cover shipping costs for returns. The shoes are now sold out and haven't been restocked, meaning I paid a total of 60 shipping (to my place and back) and am left with store credit that I'll realistically never use. 160 thrown out the $#*!ing window. I emailed them before sending them back asking if they would ever restock the shoes and what I should do about the super $#*!ty situation I was in, and all the replies I got seemed like automatic emails with $#*!ty phrases like "hey babez" and "we don't know right meow :/" . I get that its branding but come on, when customers have issues you could be a bit more professional.

I ordered 3 things from Dolls Kill. 2 tops and a pair of pants. The tops fit fine but the quality was pretty $#*!ty for the price I paid. One of the tops was supposed to be burgundy but it was very purple and didn't look anything like the colour in the picture. I was very disappointed with the pants. I ordered based on the size chart and the size that the model was wearing and they were VERY small. They didn't even get up my thighs. The quality was also very bad. For $97, I was not expecting them to look/feel like pajama pants. Overall, not a very honest site and WAY too overpriced for the quality.

I bought a pair of the Earthbound Slayr boots from Dollskill x YRU. They were $165USD plus $23 CDN duty on arrival. I was so $#*!ing impressed with them when I saw them online, but unfortunately they're not nearly as cool in person. The material they're made of is hard as a rock, feels cheap, and will inevitably crease badly with a few wears, it's already wrinkled in some areas near the seams and I expect the reflective outer layer will start to rub off badly in a very short time. The laces feel cheap.

They arrived scuffed in various places and covered in bits of glue (?), and one has a long, fairly deep scratch on the side.

I would be satisfied if I had paid $50 USD for these. But not $200. The price is insane for what is very clearly a poorly manufactured item made of cheap materials.

I will say it arrived when they said it would (3-5 days from when I ordered), which was great, but they cannot be justified for the price. In future I won't make the mistake of paying a high price for novelty items.

Tip for consumers:
Probably don't order from Dollskill, at least not their YRU boots.
