DONT BUY FROM DOLLSKILL. So I'm just gonna vent about his because there's litterally nothing else I can do? So I used to be the biggest fan of that site till they $#*!ed me over and got away with it.
In AUGUST I bought 112$ of stuff 4 items all on sale that were regularly priced much higher then 112$ so the value of everything I bought was higher then the price obviously.
They sent it out couldn't find the address so it was returned to sender. This happened a second time even tho. I had double checked and verified it was the correct address...
So I still haven't received it and at this point it's already been weeks not to mention I had payed extra for fast shipping... so emailing and calling their company to try to resolve this they tried telling me they couldn't send the items because they didn't have them in stock. THATS $#*!ING BS you sold it to me you must have it especially since ya know you've sent it out twice to the wrong address.
So then they try to give me store credit... 17$ anyways?!?!? Not only did the value of what I bought come out to way more then the 112$ I paid for so their store credit won't be nearly worth what I had bought... But they didn't even give the full $#*!ing amount that I paid?!?
Then trying to fix that I've been calling and emailing them multiple times only to be ignored on all calls and all emails are auto responsive that goes in a circle of endless non useful bs.
So I call the bank.
They can't reverse the transaction because they can't find it in my transaction history?!?!? But wtf. Because I never got that money back and I didn't receive the store credit of 112$ either?!?!? So good job DOLLSKILL. You've skammed another one. Well done.

Ordered y. R. u. Platforms during their black friday sale because, surprisingly, they were nearly half retail price (~$66 vs. ~$100). Received confirmation right away, shipped right after the holiday weekend, received the tracking number, no problems so far. But i'm very paranoid about my packages and i track shipping closely and when usps said they were delivered, i got no package. I gave it a few more days since they were being shipped to a college campus and sometimes it takes a few days for the post office to deliver packages to the campus office. A few days turned into close to two weeks where every call i made i was told "wait a few more days because i'm sure they'll show up." then i see a change in the tracking and my shoes are being returned to the sender. I call dolls kill again to explain the situation, and the lady i talked to was super nice about it; she offered to put in a note to re-ship it out once they received it, and when i said i was going home in a few days for winter break and they couldn't send it to the same address, she put in a note to re-ship to my billing/home address. I called them twice more asking about my package the next two weeks after that and they said their returns department was very backed up. The lady who picked up the second time i called was the same one who did all the re-shipping business and even gave me a date their returns department was working on, saying that they should process my package the next day, the day before christmas eve, based on when the tracking said they'd received it (the returns department was about 2 weeks behind the current date at that time!). And lo and behold, i finally got my shoes 2 days after christmas. They'd even re-shipped my package with free 2-day shipping.
So overall, i would say i'm annoyed that my package took me over a month to deliver when i live in the united states, but their customer service was pretty great and i did eventually get my shoes, which were in a branded y. R. u. Box and high quality with y. R. u. Branding. It was quite an anxiety-inducing experience and i'm not sure why i couldn't get them on campus the first time when i'd received other packages before but i'm super happy with my shoes and their customer service line was quite helpful.
Purchased boots, paid a lot of money for faster postage and NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER……asked for a refund……. NO REFUND SENT……AVOID…. AVOID……AVOID

Purchased 2 separate orders from dollskill... First was around 140 GBP, second was around 200 GBP x
Orders were placed 4 days appart.
Had Dollskill shipped on time I would have been charged around 20 GBP customs ups charge on delivery.
Instead they shipped orders together in a huge box, despite the orders being placed 4 days appart... Baring in mind it's 3/5 days shipping? So why wasn't my first order allready dispatched?
Anyways ups turned up today with both orders in a huge box demanding 120 GBP customs charges to deliver to me!
I can't afford this and have been unable to except package.
All I can do is hope Dollskill received their package back and refund.
When you check out it says free shipping and handling outside USA on orders over 150 USD? Allthough I was expecting a small charge as I'm aware they lie!

Had they shipped my first package in a timely manner? Both orders would not have been packed and shipped together in a huge box this avoiding a 120 GBP charge.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
