I bought the lunar holy relevation platform heels during this summer (2023) and it took extremely long to arrive (also my tracking code didn't work at first) and when I got them and tried them on nothing was wrong, but had to return them, because they didn't fit. I went on their website and tried to return them, but apparently they were not eligible for return anymore, because Dollskill doesn't accept returns 30 days after the order has been placed. The problem is it took way over 30 days for me to even receive my order. I emailed them about this and safe to say the tone of my email was pretty angry (in my opinion rightfully). They sent me the link to start the return. I printed the return sheet and did everything needed. Then I went to the postoffice and we tried to find Dollskills customer service phonenumber, but we couldn't find it anywhere. Thankfully we did because without it I couldn't have been able to return my order, but finding it took very long. In addition even with all these problems I still need to pay the returning cost myself and it is quite pricey.
Now I know I might sound really Karen-ish, but I've had so much trouble with everything regarding Dollskill, except one thing and that is their customer service, they have been so nice and helped with everything.
My order arrived without an item but the customer representative Tshepo was great and dealt with it all so quickly and helpfully
Talked too an amazing customer service worker called Lethaboo they where incredibly helpful and kind and helped me file a claim on route :)
Imani was so nice and kind enough to look through my review and find me my tracking number and send it to me because i couldn't find it and didnt receive an email!
Not only are their clothes top notch and the only thing I'll wear but Elisa from the livechat was an absolute darling and a testement to why there will never be a dupe for Doll's Kill.
