It is hard to find a company like this anymore. The people here are generously warm, approachable, and real. I emailed them thinking I wouldn't get any response, but I did. It was professional, sweet and understanding. I have bought from Dog Pawty to many times to count and even if a mistake happens on my part, they always help me in any way they can. Go this company a try, you won't regret it or forget it!
In mid November last year (2017), so about 8 months ago, my husband saw a post on Facebook about a trial that was being offered by Dog Pawty for free Glow in the dark LED safety collars. He sent me the link and I ended up ordering 2, one for each of our dogs, as we thought it would be a great idea for when we go camping. I paid the $10.99 for shipping and a few weeks later, we received the collars. I was pretty excited to try them out. They were AWESOME for about 3 days. After those 3 days, they literally started falling apart in different places, but big time around the place that you hook your leash to. About 3 days after we noticed that they were falling apart, they completely took a $#*! within a day of each other, to the point that the plastic piece that is inside the collars that holds the LED lights completely ripped and the plastic piece with the lights came completely out. All in all, Im very glad that we didnt pay a cent for these collars and only had to eat the $10.99 shipping fee. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone as we have learned just how crappily their products are made.

For $9.99 plus $6.98 shipping from China, I had ordered paw print car decals and a pendant. 6 1/2 weeks later, a tiny totally flat envelope arrived with 2 small stickers enclosed that may be worth at best $2.98 and no pendant. Total rip-off! I did send them a message on their website, but expect no response in return. Chalk it up to a relatively expensive lesson, considering I basically received nothing. I should have checked out the reviews first before trusting a merchant advertising on Facebook.
Dog seat belt is useless. Snap too small for any dog collar or harness. Seatbelt latch is too thin to work. Belt is free? Plus $6.99 shipping. Making item $6.98 overpriced. I would not recommend Dog Party for anything.
Don't know what everyone is complaining about, I ordered to LED collars and received both in about 6 weeks, on didn't work right and I e-mailed them about it and they send me a replacement, no questions asked.
From my experience this appears to be a scam. I placed an order, was told it would be several weeks for delivery. I waited several weeks, have attempted to get an update, no reply; have filled out their online 'ticket' request only to be redirected to web pages that don't work. I'm going to address with my credit card company, but I suspect that since it's been so long I'm just out the money. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Oh, and they don't offer cancellations. Big. Red. Flag!
When I realized that delivery of my free dog seatbelt was over 10 days late, I contacted customer service. They responded the next day and within 3 days my item arrived. Customer service was very considerate and accommodating and my dog and I love the seatbelt. Thank you Dog Pawty.

I thought the bracelet would make a great birthday present and it said it would arrive within 3-4 weeks which was plenty of time. It was a week before the birthday and the order still hadnt arrived so I emailed the company. Their response was free products may take up to 40 days to arrive. I emailed them back saying it wasnt a free product I paid and then they came up with the excuse that it got stuck over seas. Three months later and Im back to where I started. They sent me an email saying it got stuck overseas in which I replied to the first one saying I wanted a refund. They wont give me a refund they say theyll either process a new order or give me store credit. I refuse to get store credit because I will NEVER order from this company again.
I got two light up collars for having my chihuahuas at the dog park when its getting darker and they work beautifully ~ i got the smallest size which unfortunately was still big on my dogs but with some minor adjustments they stayed anyway. The collars look great and work amazingly, I absolutely love and suggest them for anyone looking for a lightup collar.
We have two chocolate labs, one black lab, a doxiepom, and a chocolate lab granddog. Living on three acres without a fence our dogs wear their snazzy collars and light up like skittles in the yard! It's peace of mind for us when we let them out at night. I have ordered twice now and will probably order more! We've used other things to light them up but these are the best so far!
