Disappointed

Ordered a dog harness for our Westie, size small. Queried after 6 weeks as to shipping delays or details.
Prompt reply stating they would look into the matter. Appears the shipment was lost somewhere in China.
Requested a refund. Prompt reply stating a manager would contact us within 48 hours.
2 weeks later have sent a second request for a refund and still have not heard from them.
Poor customer service and support.
Would not recommend dealing with this website.

I ordered two items that they said were lost. I waited 2 months to receive the items. They then said I would have to wait once again so I waited two more weeks. Then ONE of the items came in the mail, in the WRONG color. I still haven't received the second item. I've emailed them with no response. The items I ordered were more expensive through this website that on the Wish app. Very disappointed to say the least.

Horrible service

Saw ad for breathable harness purchased 1 and paid shipping on 2nd free 1. Sizing is totally wrong. I have purchased large and XL for my dog from Petco previously and neither of these fro Dog Pawty fit my dogs. Now I see they have XXL AND XXXL which were not available at time I ordered. They have a no return policy on items purchased due to my supposed error in selecting size or color. Total scam and horrible service. For a company to not offer exchanges on sizing issues is just ridiculous, and downright wrong. Since they do most if not all of their business online I believe bad reviews will help others not get taken advantage of.

Harness does not fit dog. I measured him as suggested, and ordered a large. It is way too small for a 35 pound medium sized dog. What a waste of shipping cost.

I got screwed. I was stupid and clicked on one of their Facebook ads. It was free! Just pay the shipping cost. And shipping was extremely high. Now, have been waiting for 6 weeks and still don't have the product. Yes, I just paid Stupid Tax!

I ordered a pair of earrings, and the customer service team was very responsive and helpful with making sure the product was sent to me. Their shipping takes a while, but the earrings were very cute and it was worth the wait.

I had an issue with an order not arriving two months after I ordered it. Mary found out what was going on and offered to either have the item reordered for me or give me a generous gift card amount. I opted for the reorder. Mary took the time to confirm the item was reordered and provided a tracking number. I received the item a week later. Awesome first class customer service and communication.

There was a oversight with my order, so I contacted them. Their quick response, apologies, and resolution was guaranteed. Not long after, I received my purchase. In business, theres always going to be mistakes at some time or another, but not all of them feel responsible for customer satisfaction. Well, the lady that helped me, Anna Gibson, with customer service, went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved. My daughter loved her necklace! Most orders were shipped sooner than promised. There was an issue with one of my other orders and it was resolved right away. I was issued a gift certificate with a value higher than my original order for my inconvenience. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Ordered the red leather collar with a bone on it and a red harness to match. My furry friend was sporting his new "clothes" as if he was the King of the Castle. He even say in front of the mirror to see himself blinging in the lights. He thinks he is really top dog now. Yep... conceited has a name... LOL! I would highly recommend these products. They look Great and appear way more expensive than they actually are. Highly recommend these products.

Had not received my item in the suggested timeframe, contacted them and got an immediate response about checking why it was late, in a short period of time the answer came, lost in system, option refund or reorder, I decided to reorder and the item came just as told and a day later the original order showed up two months late, contacted them, told to keep both as a thank you, I found their customer service to be outstanding, understanding and extremely professional and helpful, would not hesitate to do another order

Free broken jewelry

I fell for the free adjustable paw print ring ad and paid for the $6.99 in shipping. It definitely took longer than 40 days and when it did arrive, the head of the ring was snapped off. This is the first item I've ordered from them, which is such a terrible first impression.
