I ordered two items that they said were lost. I waited 2 months to receive the items. They then said I would have to wait once again so I waited two more weeks. Then ONE of the items came in the mail, in the WRONG color. I still haven't received the second item. I've emailed them with no response. The items I ordered were more expensive through this website that on the Wish app. Very disappointed to say the least.

Saw ad for breathable harness purchased 1 and paid shipping on 2nd free 1. Sizing is totally wrong. I have purchased large and XL for my dog from Petco previously and neither of these fro Dog Pawty fit my dogs. Now I see they have XXL AND XXXL which were not available at time I ordered. They have a no return policy on items purchased due to my supposed error in selecting size or color. Total scam and horrible service. For a company to not offer exchanges on sizing issues is just ridiculous, and downright wrong. Since they do most if not all of their business online I believe bad reviews will help others not get taken advantage of.
Harness does not fit dog. I measured him as suggested, and ordered a large. It is way too small for a 35 pound medium sized dog. What a waste of shipping cost.

Most orders were shipped sooner than promised. There was an issue with one of my other orders and it was resolved right away. I was issued a gift certificate with a value higher than my original order for my inconvenience. Will be a repeat customer for sure.
Ordered the red leather collar with a bone on it and a red harness to match. My furry friend was sporting his new "clothes" as if he was the King of the Castle. He even say in front of the mirror to see himself blinging in the lights. He thinks he is really top dog now. Yep... conceited has a name... LOL! I would highly recommend these products.
