Had not received my item in the suggested timeframe, contacted them and got an immediate response about checking why it was late, in a short period of time the answer came, lost in system, option refund or reorder, I decided to reorder and the item came just as told and a day later the original order showed up two months late, contacted them, told to keep both as a thank you, I found their customer service to be outstanding, understanding and extremely professional and helpful, would not hesitate to do another order
