I was very impressed with how fast and easy it was to order from Puffy Paw Pets. We bought a winter jacket for our dog and love it. Good quality materials and it was a good fit for our dog. Initially I had ordered the wrong size, but after a very quick response from the owner, he was able to exchange the item in a timely manner and on his own accord, I might add. Good company and customer service. I highly recommend them and will be ordering more from them in the future!

The owner was so helpful and very considerate. He never asked a lot of questions if you need to exchange the item you bought for your pet or if you're unsatisfied. Great customer service!

This was my second purchase from this company. I placed the order last night, hoping that the merchandize will be delivered by tomorrow. To my surprise all items were delivered this afternoon, less then 24 hrs later. We have a pointer puppy that grows fast, so the concern was to make sure the sizes are right. All items fit, the size chart on the website are quite precise. I highly recommend this company.
