So i have waited 60 days and now all emails are being returned undeliverable. I have opened a dispute with Pay Pal. Now it is a wait and see if i get my shipping charges back. Other reviews said outrageous shipping charges but mine were 10.99 per order. Buyer be ware.
My boyfriend and I received our Huskies large harness today they must have thought we had a gerbil it doesn't even fit over his nose. We've also had been waiting since the beginning of August for this large dog breed harness that isn't large it doesn't even fit my cat! This site is a scam do not order from here.
I ordered two amber collars, which were nothing like what was advertised on the website. They came in some weird Chinese packaging, with no Dog Pawty logo, and no English. They smell artificial, and unlike amber. I was also supposed to receive some free dog paw earrings, as part of a promotion, but I never received them.
Never received an email saying the item was sent. They kept telling me it could take up to 40 days and wait. So I waited said 40 days and emailed again. They sent several apologies, and then finally found out the the items were left in the shipping container and never sent. Seriously?!? They offered to reship OR give me a gift certificate. Why would I order again when I never what I ordered originally. I asked them to send what I ordered and reimburse my shipping costs, because they NEVER shipped it. They said NO. So basically they are keeping my shipping money when they specifically said they didn't send it. Hmmm isn't that stealing??

This is the biggest scam ever. I ordered one of the dog seat belts for my pup, didn't hear anything for 6 weeks, and then a random package from Thailand appeared at my door. The dog seat belt you receive looks NOTHING like the pictures. It's shabbily made, about 8 inches long, and wouldn't protect a hamster, let alone my 80 lb shepherd mix. The metal clip is as thin as a piece of paper, not the heavy-duty one pictured, and would immediately snap if there was any pressure put on it. Additionally, the buckle that clips into the seat belt lock DOES NOT EVEN FIT INTO THE SEATBELT. I tried it on several different makes and models of cars, and it doesn't clip into any of them (this includes a Honda CRV, a Volkswagen Jetta, and a Honda Pilot). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM.

I ordered an XXXL harness for my dog (he is not an XXXL dog but their sizing said that he was). When the harness finally got here (2 months later), it was tiny. It has the XXXL sticker on it but there is no way that it is. It fits my neighbor's puppy. Useless for us, not a good company to order with.
I've ordered twice from Dog Pawty, admittedly the free stuff advertised through facebook. However, I loved my seatbelt connector. I got one initially, but love the fact that it connects straight into the seat belt and then clips onto the harness. It's easy to use and stays in securely even when my 30kg Rottie decides to pull to reach the window!
As far as the ordering process goes, it's quick and easy to do, and delivery was prompt without any unnecessary packaging (always a plus to save the trees).
I've definitely recommended this out to others, and would happily do so again!

I tried contacting them several times and finally got a response telling me it would be two more weeks. Still haven't received the seatbelt after I paid $15 for shipping.

Customer service said it was lost at 1 of their over seas shipping. Wanted me to wait an additional few weeks or get something else from their catalog. I ordered the free shipping LED collar pff of Instagram. My product came in the mail after two months of waiting (I mean, which is fine. I was warned before and had 180 days for PayPal disputes so I wasn't too worried) and definitely decent for a free shipping product. Some raw edges on the nylon are present, but nothing a little hot glue or lighter burning can't fix.
My beef is with the non-existing customer service. After about 4 weeks I had contacted them nicely about a possible ETA and if any shipping information was available. I LOVE tracking packages as they arrive, I get so excited to see waypoints and progress. I had received nothing. Couple of days later, i sent something over the email associated with the PayPal transaction instead of their website. Nothing.
Starting to get frustrated, I sent them another one. This one detailing that I'd love a response, even if I didn't have a tracking number I'd be solid. Nothing.
Quick Google search of their business made me worry. Of course, I'm not going to file disputes till the absolute last day. I'm a seller myself, why would I damage a business that may just be feeling a little backed up is all?
