This website subjects you (and your kids) to all kinds of perversions such as beastiality, incest, rape, satanic sex worship as well as unfair practices by moderators who, if they don't agree with what you write, erase your comments or cyber bully you. Many don't moderate well allowing commentators to bully others with vulgar comments. There are is no way to block members who are bullying you are unsubscribe to unwanted groups. I suspect that the Disqus staff understand how to manipulate the website to their favor and technically deprive members they don't like from control of the site.
Great until they adopted the appalling Captcha login Awful until they revert. There seems to be little logic in making logging more difficult. They will lose users because of adopting this despised system.
They run comment sites for companies such as ABC News and then when you call them out for censorship and banning anyone that disagrees, they fold up and claim that they are not responsible. I am a Moderate and was banned from ABC from stating a fact. Apparently with Disqus, anyone who disagrees can flag you and have you removed.
They got a lesson on free speech from me, but they are too dense and biased to understand it.
The moderators from this site have gone out of their way to block all of my posts on every single one of the websites that they control the comments to. I have tried to use up to 5 different email addresses and contact names, yet, every single one of my posts have been rejected. If you have a point that you would like to make that supports the agenda of the current President, don't bother posting. I will be working overtime along with my fellow conservative publishers to have all conservative websites review their relationships with this regressive anti-American propagandist!
I think I've managed one or two comments when forced to comment through Disqus, keyword forced, and then the rest of the time it's insisting I validate my email for the millionth time. Sometimes I do, and still, it never works. Shame any website at all uses this 3rd party data miner, I mean comment service.

It's actually a site where at the whim of a moderator (from San Francisco no less) decides that your post doesn't agree with their liberal view, your post is removed. You can also be banned from the site. Like being banned from Disqus is a bad thing? What a joke!
Disqus is an opinion site on TMZ, Radar online, etc. I have tried to comment on a report usually on another accused but acquitted pedophile. My comments although against such grotesque acts in children are always removed. I believe Disqus is biased towards Hollywood. It does not matter the crime. Disqus does not let you post your opinion! I hate it!

On pathetic Breitbart they have banned the surname Soros from being posted and even the word Synagogue or Jew.
Why exactly should they have ANY banned words list?
Why not just have a check box that Disqus posters be 18 and over, or else go to a child's forum where words are banned?
Never works. Change password and login do not scale on all mobile devices. Login doesn't always work. When I do get past login, I see three spinny gears until patience timeout. I have rarely had any success with disqus. If I could give it. 25 stars, I would.
I wrote my detailed view on a movie. Nothing conservative or controversial about it. Then it got deleted as spam. So i fixed what seems like the problem (layout, double space, paragraphs, etc), and it worked... for a few minutes. Then it got deleted as spam again. I'm so done with this thing.
Why does Disqus keep blocking my comments? They are not spam, hate or racist; nor am I a troll. This illegal censorship must stop. If they give me a good reason why and not just because they simply disagree with my viewpoint. Tthat will be fine. If not I am going to the department of Justice and ask for them to appoint me attorneys. Also look for my negative comments everywhere online.
I learnt about the website from a friend and i got into it, it's a place to tell discuss your opinion with people and get comments based on what your topic says or your question... i love this community.
I asked Disqus specifically to check a website and see if they had disabled it as it was not showing. Not the typical slow to load Refresh? Or spinning wheel crap but the "show comments" button is completely gone after having posted earlier in the day. No warnings no you are suspended or in "time out" nothing. Like a microsoft error that says error but lets you try to guess what the issue is.
If the site has decided to censor posts by shutting off Disqus so be it but why can't Disqus be bothered to respond to my inquiry and do it in a timely manner so they might see a bug or actual issue in real time? CBSNews is the problem site and Disqus still works on ABCNews so what is the problem with answering a simple question?
This is a fatal flaw. My first post, deleted, by the moderator, and as the post is not visible after deletion, I'm not sure what the problem was! I was accused of making an insult--WTF? I was talking about a book list, for crying out loud, not Donald Trump! Clearly, other reviews here support my account. The Disqus business model can't collapse soon enough for my tastes...
I've long been suspicious of Disqus as I have views that cross the spectrum of liberal and conservative. I've noticed that only my conservative views were removed and clearly without a review. Reeks of censorship
It is true that humans have a big impact on the earth. We also have a responsibility to reduce pollution, mass consumerism and waste. We can turn down the heat, reduce, recycle, and use public transport. But regardless - the global climate has never been stable, and never will be stable. The article lost credibility with me when he claimed that Greta Thunberg speaks "prophetic words". The only correlation between climate change and Greta Thunberg - is that both are unstable. I wonder what caused all the climate change a few hundred years ago? Until Greta came along I was sort of on the fence with the whole climate change belief system. But after listening to her and seeing how the media and certain celebrities support her like she is a cultish guru - the more I see it as a complete hoax. After all - illusions of grandeur aside, she is a child who dropped out of school and does not even know what she is talking about. It makes a complete farce out of a complex subject
You know, people can hate Trump - I get it. I love Trump's policies (you would have to be an idiot not to), but think his off the cuff comments can be stupid and ridiculous. But, why does Disqus have to join the zombie mindless crazed groups who refuse to be fair?
DISQUS is the enemy of free speech. I would recommend that everyone should avoid this far left organisation who's platforms are used to censor free speech at the whim of a Moderator without any recourse from those being censored.
Disqus has to be the very worst comment app out there. I am so glad that TheTyee.ca allows one to log in with Twitter, Google, Facebook and not just that frustrating to register with Disqus program. I do wish that TheTyee.ca would just get rid of the damn thing as it certainly has in the past kept me from making any comments.
I can go comment on Fox News articles but I am the only one that sees them and I can prove it with pictures of comments an no responses to mine! I use to get lots of responses!
