Bought a tefal mini food chopper from this company in January 2025 and I have been disappointed. First the item never came and I had to ask several times to get my money back. Left an honest review and was then contacted as to why I wrote a negative review. They then said that they will send me the item with a discount if I remove my review. I did that BEFORE receiving my item. BIG BIG MISTAKE! I received the item without a part. Contacted them and guess what? They didn't want to know and refused to refund my money. AND! I couldn't write a review since mine was removed.

I ordered a bellissima hair dryer from these cowboys. It was advertised as new in the box. When it arrived the box was soft and sticky inside the outer packaging. And when I got the hair dryer out I immediately noticed it stunk of hair gel! I then noticed it was cracked on the casing in 3 places, had hair product flicked all over it and inside it and the filter end was absolutely clogged with debris dust and hair! I took several pictures and sent it to the seller. Absolutely revolting state and it made my stomach churn the thought of using a used hair dryer that was advertised as new! I plugged it in and switched it on to see what happened and it immediately started emitting a burning smell! I had bought from them as it stated next day delivery. It was a Friday I ordered and I was due to leave for France Monday morning, I'm disabled and needed something for when I'm in France. I'm set to to be in France for up to 3 months. I told this clearly to direct vacuums, and they kept changing the person who responded to me and infuriatingly not reading or listening to the fact that the hair dryer is at my home address, the box is in the recycling bin because it had pretty much fallen apart on arrival and I am IN FRANCE.
Also because of disabilities I cannot get to a post office and I have hospital appointments every morning and am not back til near 1pm. I have sought advice from trading standards and The Consumer Rights Act 2015 outlines the rights of consumers when buying goods or services, ensuring they receive goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as DESCRIBED. The Sellers have a legal duty to ensure that the goods or services they provide meet these standards. And if they don't the seller has a legal duty to put it right at THEIR OWN COST AND INCONVENIENCE NOT MINE! The seller firstly refused to send me a returns label and refused to send a courier. Then they agreed but the next person who responded to me when backwards on this! I had to re explain my disability and my France and hospital situation THREE more times! They then asked if someone can get the hair dryer and send it to them! Clearly have half wits working at this company since I already said it's at my home and I won't be back for 3 months! So how can anybody get that? Just before I left I had to order one from Argos and pay an Uber to collect it so I'm out of pocket at over twice the price now. Now the seller has gone back to ignoring what I keep repeating and said in 3 months time when back they'll send a courier between 9 and 5pm!?! I have told them til I'm blue in the face I am at appointments every morning til 1pm! They also state it needs to be in the original box which I don't have because it was utterly disgusting, damp and fell apart. The stress these absolute jokers are causing me is unreal. Disgusting people. They should be profusely apologising for the vile state this item arrived in! It's used to death. It's not safe and I feel it could catch fire if used.
The wrong appliance sent and having the right one sent is becoming painful and now taking days.
Slow response to email's as requested as no phone service is available, very frustrating as a two-minute call would solve the issue.
My last email bounced back, saying their mailbox was full. Issues that need to be addressed with communication being so poor. Tread carrefully.
Bought an item via ebay and they keep me in limbo for a month and cancelled my order without informing. They had a made up story about it saying scanned at one site but not in other site means it is lost in transit. Never buy from them.
The original Item sent to me broke (leaking coffee machine) within a month. It was replaced quickly and without any issues. HOWEVER second replaced had lose and worn screw which wasn't fitted properly and the second item broke again within 1.5mth. Because it is the second replacement I refuse to have it fixed again as it is too much inconvenience and it seems like the items they sell are not properly refurbished.The company refuses to refund even though in line with Consumer Act if first replacement fails then I have a right to a full refund. CAB confirms I'm right so if this cannot be resolved then will be reporting this business to an ombudsman.
Sold me a so called refurbished air fryer, which is in a filty state, while making it as hard as possible to see on the website it was, apperantly, grade C. I bought it thinking it was new and didn't open it until a few weeks later because it was going to be a Christmas present to someone. Contacted the company, first I was offered a better refurbished replacement and I refused it requesting a refund. Now instead of showing a good will and offering a refund they refused it basically saying no help and lump it.
So 80 quid waisted.
Just stay away from this lot.

Ordered a nespresso coffee machine from their ebay site promising next day delivery. Emailed apparently they were looking into it but no reply since. Please avoid as it looks like the coffee machine never existed in the first place, but they are still offering the coffee machine currently on ebay on the same listing I bought it off. Can't phone them as they have a recorded message saying they are not offering a telephone service. They are probably tired of coming up with lies to tell people.
Ordered a reconditioned Miele with 12 month warranty.
Never worked. Impossible to speak to anyone.
Endless emails promising a replacement battery then saying it's out of stock then saying it's on it's way ad infinitum.

Hiyesterday i ordered vaccum cleaner they took money from accoutn till now they didn't send me any email or not giving any reply of my email or phone call. Beware of this fraud company.
I wanted a Braun steam generator iorn but a over £200 a tad too expensive. I went on Google in hunt for a Braun to my delight I saw one for £99.00 I did a bit of a search about the Merchant that advertised it.one Direct Vacuum these boys really play hard. Firstly they never answer the phone, the reply to one email out of12 or more not telling me where the Braun that I spent the day it was supposed to come is only to tell me that their phones are down. Cut to the chase I peppered them with emails with some really fruity swearing. Door bell rang yesterday a courier grinning at me box in hand before I could say Bob is your uncle he bolted to his van, gone. Then only me a £49.00 Tefal opened the beat up box and it stank. Phoned straight away same old same old woman telling me not to hang up because an agent will be with you soon. Their returns policy reads like a scammers charter. I will be sending it back tomorrow will also have a chat with trading standards I am sure what they did in really off the scale. Ho can they thank you for the order telling me what is comming my way only to see a smelly old box stuffed with paper anda lousy refurbished TEFAL.
Never received and Direct Vaccums Will Not Respond. Bought an item from Direct Vacuums through Ebay. They say they despatched it with Yodel (red flag immediately) Yodel say they delivered but have no tracking information, no photographs, no nothing. They even investigated and spoke to the driver and came back and said to go back to Direct Vacuums but they are ignoring all of my communications. Ebay refused to help because the tracking said delivered, They say have to have something Yodel on headed paper to say where it was delivered, but as yodel have no idea where it was delivered they cannot help, also they say that they cannot help me as I am not their customer Direct Vaccums is and they can only deal with them. My next course of action is county court.
I ordered a Dolce gusto coffee machine with next day yodel delivery, 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting! Problem with address but when checked address was perfect, tried calling but on hold for 1 hour each time over 4 days, have now cancelled order and awaiting refund! Please don't use this company
At first they sent me a wrong hoover that I had to send back. Then I got replies from a different advisor every single time I messaged and they kept asking for tracking details they already received, then kept saying they cannot send a replacement until wrong item arrives, even though it was with them for a few days already. They sent a replacement eventually that was, as people say, good for skip and that's an understatement, really. Yet another trip to DPD drop off point, yet another bunch of messages asking for tracking they already had plus insisting they need to wait for a replacement to arrive so they did not even bother checking tracking details they have asked for like five times.
Hoover broke within less than a year, I was glad they offered 12-month warranty, but it turned out it's just a 'smokescreen' to cover the fact they simply lie. I had to return an item at my own expense, which I understand, but I expected a refund once it was inspected and a fault was found to be not caused by me. They said they would not refund me since it was more than 30 days. Then why do they offer 12 month warranty? Seller insisted I need to send everything that came with a hoover, even though it was just a body that was faulty. They have kept hoover for nearly three weeks with no contact to update me at all, I had to chase them. I am pretty sure they have kept it for so long to make sure warranty period ends in the meantime and I would have no right to further repairs if something went wrong while in their possession. Once again asked for a refund of postage costs and once again refused. Item arrived and, not surprisingly at all, they either broke a nozzle that used to have LED lights and rotating brush before I sent it for a 'repair' or they swapped it and they did not even test a hoover before sending it back. I messaged as soon as I noticed an issue (within 10 minutes of opening a parcel) and had no reply. I asked ebay to step in, but I was told it was out of their 'jurisdiction' cause it's been more than thirty days. I told them to at least contact a seller cause seems like they weren't going to reply and reconsider their 'trusted seller' title as it makes a false impression that ebay was not trustworthy either. I've been advised to contact trading standards (which I did as soon as I was told so) and all of the sudden seller messaged me apologising and offering to send a replacement nozzle and asking to post back a faulty one which shouldn't have been sent out in the first place. I told them that now I am gonna wait for TS to reply and will check with them if I can request a full refund since I am tired of their attitude towards me and others as well.
Unless you are a masochist, avoid that company. There should be an option for a negative rating for sellers like this, and I mean it literally, they deserve a rating below zero.
Placed order and next day received email saying Microwave is shipped. But clue where or what is the delivery tracking no etc. Tried to phone back but no luck. Waited 32 minutes same voice message is repeating from beginning. Extremely frustrated. Emailed them with the invoice details but no chat room or way to reach them. Testing my luck or need to complain to consumer court etc..
Reading reviews and from experience this company specialises in sending you a different model to the one you have ordered. Usually a cheaper model.

Appears to be a fraudulent company took my money back in April 2022 for next day delivery but received no Hoover, received a couple of replies apologising for late delivery however still no Hoover or resolution and they are not replying to emails or answering the phone, beware of this company order at own risk, if something looks to good to be true it usually is
Absolute disaster dealing with these people. Ordered a carpet shampoo machine, which arrived late and smashed. A replacement was promised which never arrived. Then a refund was promised but only if I transport the machine to the "Returns Centre" in my local town. This involves a 2 mile bus ride, and a 1/2 mile walk with a heavy carpet machine (I am 69 years old with mobility problems and a heart condition).
