Bought a food processor on Wednesday delivered Thursday - repackaged item not AS NEW the way it was sold to me no manuals not paperwork not internal boxing just loads of bubble wrap... go to plug it in no power going through it so email AS THEY HAVE NOONE TO ANSWER PHONECALLS
Direct Vaccums response oh we will replace it when you send it back to us. NO I WILL NOT BE PAYING TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO YOU I WILL NOT ACCEPT A REPLACEMENT - I WANT A REFUND ISSUED TODAY AND A COURIER ARRANGE TO COLLECT IT FROM HERE TOMORROW OR i WILL CHARGE BACK AND LEAVE THIS ITEM FOR THE BIN MEN!
