Ordered a reconditioned Miele with 12 month warranty.
Never worked. Impossible to speak to anyone.
Endless emails promising a replacement battery then saying it's out of stock then saying it's on it's way ad infinitum.
Asked for a refund and got zero response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Tip for consumers:
That they have zero customer service.

Products are not bad quality but it is impossible to return anything. No way to speak directly to anyone in person and the webchat just fobs you off with nonsense. Refused to give me an address to return to!
Absolutely shocking that they are allowed to trade like this.

Terrible customer service. No ability for phone contact. Refused to give me an an address to return to despite endless efforts at contacting on the webchat.

Reason I chose this business:

Wanted a nice swimdress.
