It is not made clear that there would be two payments needed to be made to get the unlock code, because of this I feel ripped off and could have got the unlock for half the price I paid on this site
I had hoped to unlock my phone after reading a number of positive reviews, took about 1 month and a number of delays from them to finally tell me my phone was hard locked and that they could not perform the service. However, they kept my money. No refund, they issue a credit which I cannot see myself ever using. Bottom line, they have my money and my phone is still locked. Dishonest, scam, deceiving and a few other words come to mind. Beware
I ordered a unlock for a phone I bought and found these guys, well I ordered the unlock 29$ 3 minutes later they e mail me saying the phones good to unlock and now there's a 63$ charge to release the code. Ok well it said nothing of a extra charge or anything so I'm like 90$ into just getting the phone unlocked so the $ had not been taken from my card ( yet) so I notify my cc company and they shut the card off. Well 3 minutes after purchase of the unlock they did not have the unlock code yet but said they did there's no way they did it that fast so they was lying trying to get me to pay that extra 63$ so not only did they scam me for 29$ but was trying to take another 63$. Word to the wise steer clear of this fake company they have numerous sites with different names and don't believe the good feedback it's fake it's employees and fake accounts because I looked at there sister sites and the same feedback were the same people giving 5 star ratings. Go to e bay where your protected through PayPal and e bay not these sites that'll just take your $ then try and take more. They see my reviews on trust pilot and they took down the one I put on they're site so this morning I see they're wanting to give me a refund ( the original card is shut down) so now they're trying to buy my reviews to be charged or removed ( they didn't come right out and ask but I know I'm blasting them) and I'm not gonna stop
Yes it was so easy for us and it made it even better when you got the right people in your team and the people you love to be with and you were so good to us all you got is a lot more than what we had
I thought they could actually unlock my phone. My debit card was stolen and the Thief bought iPhones. Pretty crazy but the thief had the phones sent to a vacant house I was working on! Now I have the stolen phones! The sheriff said they would just set in evidence forever so I should do something nice with them. I donated them to our church office but they have spectrum and the phones are locked to boost mobile. I paid 79 dollars to direct unlocks because they said they could unlock it. Yes I read everything. After I paid the 29 dollars I got an email asking for another 50 dollars. After I paid that 50 dollars they sent an email saying that they had received the payment and in that email they said the phone can't be locked to a carrier. Well duhh. Yes they are locked to a carrier! I've spent 4 hours trying to communicate with Boost representatives who do not speak
Or understand English! It was a waste of 4 hours! I couldn't even give them the phones back because that have reps who don't understand English! If the phones were no longer locked to a carrier (you were done paying and had met your service agreement) you can unlock the phone YOURSELF! Or the new service provider you are switching to can do it for you for FREE! I knew this was a scam when they force you to give a review before they do any service!
Pleased to report that all was as expected. Phone un-unlock was slightly delayed but by no more than half a day. I was kept updated of the progress every inch of the way.
This review was posted in Directunlock.com on 10/14/2023. Read the fine print before authorizing payment. This service is a two payment scheme. The first payment is to determine eligibility for unlocking. The second payment is significantly more to do the actual unlocking. Buyer beware. Read the fine print before giving authorization of payment. I was able to activate the card on my own by allowing the phone to use a 2G network. I will be very surprised if this review will be accessible on Directunlock.com.
I am very satisfied with the results on my wife's phone after unlocking it, we have no problems, you just got to be pacient it takes some time to get it done but is worth it,also when i made the payment i made a mistake and paid twice the amounti was suppost to pay but direc unlocks fix it with out me asking for it and only charge me one time that to me says a lot about them i would recomend them to anybody. Great job guys and thank you for your help.
They charge me $99.00 and it is been more than a week and still not been unlocked. No emails no nothing, I think I was a fraud victim.
Everything that was promised was delivered although it is a bit pricy for the unlock that was performed on my I phone 12 pro Max but totally satisfied all around.
Direct Unlocks is legit!
The service was great. The only uncertainty I felt was due to the duration it took to unlock the iPhone!
This is an excellent and secure experience, just spend 2 days and I recived my key to unlock my smartphone
The unlock code that i receive did not work
I am still waiting for a the correct code or a refund
I was skeptical yet I tried my luck and what do you know it was legit! They gave me up to seven days but got it done within two! I am so pleased with these guys and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their phone's unlocked. I have already told people about them. It can get costly but it's worth it especially seeing as though I saved myself funds by doing this. I am very satisfied and it wasn't any hassle. This site is amazing go ahead try them! Thank me later
My phone was sim locked but now it's unlocked thanks to you guys
This business is very efficient and really helps you out if you are trying to sell your device or even just switching to another phone company.
Purchased a phone off FB market place, once I received it I found it to be locked. Couldn't use it on any carrier and the carrier it was locked to wanted a lot of money to unlock it. You guys did the unlock quick and for a tenth of the cost.
