I was worried a few times, takes 2 payments ($75 total, just fyi because the site doesn't tell you that.) and had me send a photo that I own my card. But the next day we were able to switch carriers without a problem.

Paid 30 for eligibility check which was misleading than additional 50 for the service waited 2 days to get notification that they'll reimburse me in their store credit only for future unsuccessful services

Very easy to use but could tell people that there's another payment a bit further on before you actually unlock the phone & this made it a bit expensive at £50 but as described was unlocked in under half an hour.

Their terms and service agreement is not clear. They have a small fee that they pull you in with where they say they are unlocking the phone, but afterward, once you are on the hook, there is an additional MUCH larger fee they charge to actually do the unlock. The first one was a "unlock checkup" to see if your phone was eligible to use their service. Then, they make you wait a few weeks for the unlock only to tell you that your phone is actually unlock-able. In addition, their refund is actually only a credit to use on their site. Absolutely dishonest "service".

Do not use their service. They are just full of bluff and cheat. They charged me $28.99 stating that they will unlock my phone. Once I paid, they asked me for another $50 stating that initial charge was for check only. Now, they are stating that I need to pay premium to get my phone unlocked. Never use their service. They are full of cheaters.

These guys have a misleading, predatory process that is meant to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.
I paid them to perform a service which they did not provide. When I asked for a refund, they said per their 'terms' they are unable to assist.
They did how ever, say that another 100 dollars would get the job done for sure this time! Already paid them 28, and then 50. BOTH times I was assured the requested service would be performed.
