Fantastic! This took a little longer than I expected, but I did request for my phone to be unlocked on New Years Eve and then there was a weekend. However, I as regularly updated with emails and kept informed. I cannot fault the service that was provided.

I unlocked my iPhone 5s through this site and had no problems at all. I had an email saying it was unlocked put my new sim in and i am off and running. Good service they have done exactly what they said they would, if you have an iPhone to u lock I would recommend you use these guys.

35 business days to get my phone unlocked, I only received one email update and one update online in my order. After about 15 business days I was told it would be "any day now" after I contact the sales department. I know the website says it can be longer then 1-5 business days but weekly updates would be nice just to know it's still being worked on especially after such a long delay. I was very disappointed with the communication. I understand that the time it takes is out of your control but communication is not. You even have a great way to check your Order status online but it isn't any help at all if it is not updated. Very disappointed but my phone is NOW unlocked so I give you 2 stars for getting it done.

That £19,99 is just a 'pre-order'... but paying a additional £30 will iCloud unlock your iPhone
Within 5 days... after 10 days i received an email saying that the iPhone was in 'Lost'
Mode, and they cannot do much for me, and will not refund the money. While i already prior checked on several sites if the iPhone was lost, and they all reported the iPhone as clean... They do not respond to email whatsoever...

Was very happy with initial service but then was shocked to discover how much more i would have to pay. Your pricing for the whole service you provide needs to be advertisd more clearly when first going onto your site times were also longer than first posted.
From the landing page one feels that the unlocking will be ~20£ and only by reading all the details in small letters one can understand the total possible cost. I perceived this as deceiving and would've preferred to have this very clear from the beggining.
