Paid 20gbp to unlock my iPhone only to be told that instead of a few days it would take a month and that I needed to upgrade to express service to get my request processed in the next few days. Express service is an extra 40gbp. Paid it and the phone was unlocked days later, but at a cost three times as much as what I originally expected.

I'm pleased that my iPhone 6 is now unlocked, the customer service was good but it took a lot longer than I expected it would, in total it took 6 weeks from start to finish, partly because my phone was locked and barred by EE.
Also the unlocking cost me a total of £97 with the first payment being £19.99 I thought it would cost no more than £50, so the process is not cheap, overall I'm happy with the service and I'm glad my phone is fully unlocked

These guys are just $#*!s... they cheated me by taking my 50 pounds and saying that my iPhone is stolen and cannot be iCloud unlocked even if the mobile was clean... and just stopped responding emails for refund now... just report them to ACTION FRAUD uk and make sure that these kind of bull$#*! websites shut down for ever
I lived in Japan for two years and had an iPhone 5 on contract with AU KDDI. When I relocated back to the UK I ended the contract and brought my iPhone back with me in the hope of unlocking and being able to use it in the UK. AU don't unlock phones in Japan and I've heard internationally that is it very difficult, if not impossible, to get it unlocked! Yet OfficialiPhoneUnlock has proved everybody wrong! It did cost a pretty penny (about £90) and took about a month and a half to complete, but I have tested it and it works absolutely fine with my British sim card - so I am a very happy customer! I was kept updated throughout the whole process via email and the status/tracking system on the website is very useful as well! I was a little skeptical in the beginning, but the reviews reassured me and now it's completed and all gone well, it was worth every penny and the wait! Thanks so much! And I've told all my friends too!

Scam, call your card issuer immediately they should reverse transaction, they may have to send you card. I got my refund 3 days,... don't believe a lot of so good comments are by people working at the site..
THIS IS A SCAM!. I paid 19.99 pounds to unlock my iPhone 5s but immediately changed my mind and asked for a refund. They still send me email asking me to pay additional 30 pounds despite sending them 2 emails asking to cancel my pre-order and refund the 19.99 pounds i originally paid. Their email are system generated sent by a certain "stephanie", "operations manager". They never replied to my emails.

They unlocked my phone even though it took over a month. After a month's time had passed I asked for a refund and they refunded me the pre-unlock fee. A week or so later My phone had been unlocked because they sent me and email saying they couldn't stop the unlocked from being processed but if I wanted to keep it I would have to pay about $20ish so I willingly did because everyone else I asked about quoted me upwards from $120 to have my iphone 6 unlocked from t-mobile. I thought that was all I had to do but about 2 weeks later they sent me an email telling me I had to pay an extra $106.02 or they would remove my unlock within 2 weeks. It was a hassle and expensive
I have wrote two 1 star reviews about the poor service support of this service website OfficialIPhoneUnlock.co.uk. None of them was actually posted in the review section here which means there's something fishyy about this site. You should look it up and fix it before getting you reported to google. I hope you understand that you have a job to do and scamming is not a good way to get people's money.

I specifically told them the circumstances of my phone. They stated they could erase the icloud. Paid them, then said they could not erase it and would not refund me. Do not trust them. Americans, probably best to donate your phone if you accidently bought a icloud blocked one like myself, you can recoup most of the money in your tax return. File a Fraud claim with your bank, get your money back
I submitted my iphone unlock request to them last year and paid around 30 GBP to them. After two weeks I got a reply that my iphone is still in contract or blocked by the carrier. They asked me to provide them a proof that my mobile is not in contract and is not blacklisted only then they will give me a refund. They told me that I can use their premium service by paying 70 GBP more to get my iphone unlock or I can use this amount to unlock any other iphone by just entering my email address during payment.
After getting this email I provided them proof of my ownership and also that my phone is not in contract but I didn't get any reply from them. I also send them reminder for twice but couldn't work.
After that I decided to use that amount which they have credited against my email ID to try for other iphone. At the time of final payment when I entered my email ID I got a notification that "The email address does not appear to be working - have you have typed it correctly?" what the $#*! is this. Can anyone tell me what I can do now? Is there any way to get my money back and how can I report a complaint against them?
They stole my money I didn't authorise a transaction! When I tracked them they emailed to advise it was refunded and sorry for inconvenience - nothing returned! Complete scam of a company!
