My story is,

I ordered unlock for my iPhone 6 plus towards the end of Dec 2015, I paid for the pre-order 19.99 GBP and then 30.00 GBP.
Then they came back after few weeks saying that my iphone was still under contract and they cannot unlock and also they cannot refund as they already prepared the unlock but I could use my credit against any other unlock.
They also mentioned that I can order for a more expensive Any Network Unlock that will unlock my phone under contract too.

I emailed them couple of times asking if I cancelled the contract, will they be able to unlock but received no reply.
And then I went ahead cancelled my contract and waited for over a month for it to be out of contract in independent IME checking websites.

And finally when my same iphone was out of contract, I placed pre-order and paid 19.99 from the credit I had from before and they emailed me after few hours asking me to pay full amount and they asked me to pay £65.00 (1-15days unlock delivery). Just 2 months ago, the total amount was GBP 49.99 and now the total was GBP 84.99 for the same iphone.

I emailed them many many times asking why was the total different and if they could unlock with what I paid earlier, but I didnot receive any reply at all. And I had 1 week to pay the remaining to process the unlock otherwise I would loose all I paid plus not get the iphone unlocked either.

Then I googled the validity of official iphone unlock and came across stories in this website and others.
Then I found out that they are pure scammers and have scammed many people with stories similar as mine.

Then finally I send them an email saying they are fraud and scammers and unless they refund my money or unlock my iphone with what I already paid, I will claim to my bank and card company and go to police if needed.
And also work with online community who they have cheated to spread the word that they are fake.

Immediately after I send this kind of email, they replied back saying THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY AND THEY REFUNDED TOO... I am now very happy that I got my money back... and I bought a new sim free iphone to prevent all the hassles.

Don't waste your money everything is a lie first they will ask you for £19.99 which is not bad to unblock your phone and then they will ask you for £100 more you can unblocked in the store cheaper... By the way when they ask you for £100 they will ever give you the £19.99 back... A complete insult!

Definitely Scam
February 21, 2016

This website is definitely a scam service.
First, they asked to pay 19.99 pounds. A few days later, they asked me to pay 20 pounds more. Then a few days later, they ask me to pay more. I just got to know that it is scam.
NEVER ever send money to them. I have contacted to credit card company to claim about this and they say they will investigate on this. Also, I reported to actionfraud.police.uk

HOW I GOT REFUNDED: I emailed to credit card payment gateway (Nochex) to claim and I got refunded.

These guys are scammers!
February 3, 2016

They kept sending me messages until I make the 1st PROMISED amount - £19.99 and the 2nd HIDDEN amount - £30.00 (I should not have paid, I know), then they stopped contacting me. Now they're just ignoring all my contacts such as FC, FB messenger, email etc.

So be aware everyone! Do not be stupid like me! Do not trust and pay them! They just keep positive FAKE feedbacks but somehow delete all the true NEGATIVE feedbacks!
I will keep on posting this truest frustrating story again and again until they intend to solve this issue!

Fraud Fraud Fraud
February 3, 2016

Hi I am giving honest genuine review here. After doing some research over `internet I found officialiphoneunlock. co.uk and I place the order for my two Iphone 6 with them. Initially I paid 19.99 each for both of my Iphone 6. After one of paying 19.99 each i got an email that I have to pay 39.99 each to get this unlocked. I was stuck as I already 19.99 each for these phones. I think I was stupid that I paid 39.99 again for each of my phones. So now I have paid 59.98 each of two of my I phones. I use to check status everyday about my phones on the website status page and one day I saw that as per current Status one of the IMEI is unlocked so I tried using the same via ITunes but it didn't worked. For the second IMEI there is message on the website that "MPORTANT: There are restrictions in place with.
Your IMEI will rejected if it does not meet the following criteria, we will then place it on hold until the criteria are reached.

Needs to be activated with an EE sim card
Must not be blacklisted/lost or stolen
IPhone should be more than 3 months old
IPhone must not have any outstanding balance
Once premium service resumes you will be able to unlock lost/stolen and outstanding balance handsets again."
I dont understand this message and dont know if if unlocking process is still in Progress.

I have paid £116 and none of my iphone is unlocked. This company does not answer to you Phone call and also not replied to your email. All the communication is only for pre sales and once they have your money there is no way to contact them.

Please be careful if you are dealing with them.
