Normal service didn't open my phone but then I got the premium one and they have me a discount because of the price. Eventually they got it unlocked within a few days after paying fir the premium service

After years living in Japan I went back to France, but during the last months before come back I asked several docomo's shops and staffs to unlock my phone and all said that it's impossible... after 1 year I went back to Japan for 2 weeks and asked the same thing and nothing changed even if my phone was old (iPhone 5S 64gb) and even if I still had my japanese line working (and also paying 3 others phones line under my name)...
