At first, i was hesitant to use this service as the site does look a bit illegitimate... but i tried anyway. This was recommended by a computer repair guy while i was walking around trying to unlock my phone. As my phone was locked to a Japanese network, the unlocking fees are apparently higher than others, and shops quoted from £90 - £120, which is absolutely absurd. I tried this site without properly reading the details that the initial £19.99 was just for checking if this phone can be unlocked! I was quite shocked when an additional quote arrived. I must admit it was hard to commit to paying, as this site does not impart a lot of confidence...
Anyway it took 2 weeks of waiting with a few emails informing me that they are still working on it. I appreciate that these guys really updated me about the progress. When i finally got an email saying the deals done, i just replaced the old sim with a new one and voila! It worked just like that! I give this service a 5 star rating and have recommended it to everyone i know :)
I had become very frustrated after switching provider as nobody would help me. I am not well versed with the technical side of mobiles, in fact the thought of speaking to someone about it scared me do death as I just don't understand the lingo. I eventually went on line & found this site which claimed they could easily help me as it was apparent my mobile needed to be unlocked before I could regain service. The form on line was simple to complete even for me & the process was speedily put into action. It took a few days to complete because unfortunately I applied just before a weekend. I was kept up to date through the website & emails. I am relieved to get my phone up & running again which was completed automatically without any further input required from me. I definitely recommend this site without hesitation. A big thank you.

I registered my e-mail address upon payment by visa card and you did not contact me for updates of the situation/ progress of the unlocking.
The service was quick and efficent! The comunication was very prompt and clear during the process. Although I am extremely happy with the service I think that the total cost should be clearer from the start. This may be down to an oversight on my part but It should be VERY clear for customers so they cant miss it (in the small print).
I will use again for sure, if need be!

They made me pay a prepreunlock lol then i pay agian they unlocked it. Maybe next time rhey should just make it a set price. But over all happy with the end result
