DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Order was placed in April. After 6 weeks, I reached out to customer service to inquire. They said that they were still harvesting. Then, 2 weeks after that, I wrote back, and they stated that the order was being processed to ship. 2 weeks later, no order. So, I disputed the charge. 2 weeks after that, mostly dead plants arrived and a very rude letter. Seriously? Waste of time and money. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Worst online experience ever. I want to give them 0 stars.

Thieves

It's been six weeks since I ordered from them online and I have received nothing. They don't answer their phone, so I have emailed them several times. First they blamed it on COVID. Then they said the order was processing. Third email said it was "shipping". That was over a week ago. Stay far, far away. There are much more professional sites to use online. I only picked this one because they were the only one to "supposedly" have the plant I wanted.

Ordered 4 pink magnolias 2nd week of April, didn't arrive until June 7. Four tiny bags of dirt with broken and mangled stems. And no sign of the promotional free Gladiolus. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered from them. I wish I could give them negative stars. Avoid at all costs.

Really bad

Packaging is not their strong point. Ordered tomato plants, half were dead, the others were barely alive. Also ordered 2 plum trees. They also appear to be dead. Free items as part of the order never arrived. Never again...

I ordered 16 carnation plants. They arrive in ved dormant and pretty dried out. I'm a master Gardener and I have ten green fingers and make anything grow. Not these. I wrote them and after five letters showing proof, they haven't replaced nor refunded.

Healthy plants

Ok, I read the reviews AFTER I placed a huge order, and started to get wicked nervous with all the bad reviews.
The biggest negative, was that it took 5+ weeks to get here because their hydrangeas were on back order. But WOW, was it worth the wait.
I received my order today, and am so happy! Everything is ready to go, my bulbs and tubers are dry, smooth, and dormant, and all my roots are moist and ready to plant. Lots of green showing, lots of happy buds, healthy plants! My rose stalk is green and gorgeous and it's roots are healthy.
Online ordering is for patient planters, you're going to have to wait a little while for those gorgeous picture plants, you get roots and a few leaves on stems when you order online, I expected this. What I didn't expect was for every one of my 30 privet bushes to have healthy, happy buds on them, THANK YOU!

I will most definitely be ordering from you guys again!

Once you place an order you are stuck. You cannot cancel. I placed an order and in a week I called and they said they did not ship as they take 2 week processing time. I called after 2 weeks and asked the status and they said they won't ship until late fall as there was an item in the order that that is causing the delay. I told them to cancel/remove that item and ship my order they said it is not possible and I asked to cancel my whole order. They said ship label is created and they cannot cancel the order. So I opened up the dispute with my credit card company and after the dispute was opened they sent the shipment minus that one item. I asked them to cancel and they still sent me the items. They sent mostly dried roots/twigs. Very few are alive and mostly dead.
Very very unhappy. Do not buy from these people. You will lose your money. It's not at all worth buying at this place. Look at my pic below. I paid $189 for those plants.

I wrote 8 emails asking this company to cancel my order. Tried many times calling them and no one every answered the phone. Not only did I never get my plants, they charged my credit card $132 so I had to write a letter to the credit card company asking them to cancel the charge and am still waiting to hear back from them. This company is a total cheat.

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Tried to cancel order. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. Ordered plants a month ago and nothing has arrived. Now it is too hot in Arizona to do any planting. Have sent them 5 emails and each is answered with an auto-reply that someone will get back to me in 5 days but there has been no followup. I will have to have my credit card company do a chargeback. Asked them to cancel my order but they refuse saying it was shipped. If it was shipped then where are my plants? Please save your money and do not purchase from this company.

All the hype

I have waited a month to get dried up twigs in the mail with mold on them I am so livid. I have been waiting for my plants I should of just bought local at least the would not be dried up twigs. I dont want a replacement I want my money back you should be turn in for thief this is very poor service dont waste your money buy local go pick it up your self.

Replacement Nightmare

I ordered items August 2020. They took the money from my credit card immediately. They did not send till mid October. Some items came molded and some completely dead. Real run around with attempts to replace items. They say they replace items however this is December and I remain trying to get them to accept the requested information. First they said they didn't have my request. Then they sent me a note saying the items were dormant not dead. They definitely give a really really hard time for replacement. The customer care is awful. They say customer care and the call center are 2 different departments. It appears to be set up like a back room boiler room in a third world country!

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought several plants from here, and most of them came damaged or dead. The customer service is terrible, with nobody offering any solutions on what to do with the dead or damaged plants I recived. If I had read reviews before purchasing, then I definitely would not have bought anything.

We made a large order which we expected in 10 days, however after 3 weeks nothing. They almost never pick up the phone or respond to messages. We had to cancel as we are in the South and the planting season had gone. We did manage to cancel the order, BUT they sent the plants anyway. By the way the quality looked horrible. However despite their verbal acceptance of the cancellation they did not honor that cancellation and insist on our paying postage to return their unwanted plants. After countless calls and emails they just block us at every point. Truly terrible service, dishonorable and now we are involving lawyers.
It may not be absolutely fraudulent but its pretty close.
Do yourselves a favor and do not use them

Terrible company
June 23, 2021

The plants arrived dead. They were also not what I ordered. Company will not issue a refund unless I send back the dead plants and I pay for shipping. Don't trust that they would refund me so not returning. Will not use again.

I placed an order for vegetable seeds April 20,2020. As of June 16,2020 I have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails to the company but they still have not sent my order. If you even consider patronizing this company don't plan on planting a garden in the near future.

We ordered two Red Birds in a Tree for the cost of $30.00 plus some change. After months of waiting I finally sent an nasty email. By the end of the week they sent a return email saying our order was sent and should arrive in a few days. We received the order and it was Rosie Posies something we never ordered or wanted! Then the real kicker, to send them back and a return of your money you have to pay for the postage and send back what you never ordered! Don't buy from this Rat Hole in Bloomington Illinois. Do not order from this company, you will regret it. I placed an order early this year... they were weeks behind so the product would not have arrived during the optimal planting season. I tried to cancel multiple times before the product shipped. They would not cancel the order and eventually shipped it anyway when it was too hot. Over $1000 of product arrived with over half of it being dead. I told them not to ship and that I would decline the charge on my credit card. They still shipped me dead product and now sent me a letter indicating that they are going to sue me for the cost. They sent a letter in July that said they were going to charge my credit card and at this point I just wanted it over with and was willing to pay for dead $#*! to be done with the company. They never charged my card like the letter indicated. Now I receive another letter that says they are taking legal action... YET, the letter provides no contact information to be able to respond to this person.

I ordered several plants and Trumpet plants arrived as sticks. May grow but not in my lifetime! Two cheap ferns tropical ferns were sent instead of what I ordered that were more expensive. As others mentioned their phone only rings busy, and after sending several emails which they state will be answered within 24 hrs I have not gotten a response. I have lodged a complaint with my Credit card company.

I will also contact the Better Business bureau in their state. OTHERS SHOULD TOO!

I ordered from this company and have been very displeased with the company and the customer service. They have not sent my order and when I inquired I got a form letter in reply. I finally contacted them by email and asked that my order be cancelled and to please issue a refund as soon as possible. I was then told that my request would be sent to the proper department that I haven't hears from after waiting 5 days for a reply. I have never had a problem ordering on line with any other company. I have learned my lesson to check out an on line company before I give them my money. Wish I could rate them no stars.

Broken trees
May 26, 2020

I bought 3 magnolia trees from them they shipped them in a bag. When they arrived they where broke. I sent them pictures and a week later responded I needed the bag. I threw the bag out and pictures apparently where not good enough. The pictures has there labels on the tree and showed the damage. Who ships delicate trees in bags.

It has been three weeks... nothing has arrived, and the three emails I've sent to the "customer service" email over the last three weeks have gone unanswered. Got a confirmation email when I ordered, but nothing since. Checked on their site and it shows the order with credit card payment, but the good news is that I can't find a charge to my credit card... yet.
