Went to Giordano's pizza in Loveland, just off I25 and Crossroads Blvd. Had high hopes of getting some good deep dish pizza. What we got was an overbaked, overpriced, pizza that was nothing like deep dish. Deep dish is supposed to have that gooey, buttery, bread on the bottom with a crispy crust on the sides. What we got was a pre-baked frozen pizza that came right out of the microwave. The crust on the entire pizza was overbaked as it had been baked in an oven and then rebaked in a microwave. Our waiter explained that had we wanted to wait 45 mins. We could have had a fresh one made. On my way out I looked at a "fresh one" a couple was eating. It looked just like my overbaked one. Actually my wife and I each had a 6 inch pizza for $20 no drinks and a pizza that would have been much better had we gone to the take home and bake it yourself place. This is such a shame as the place has been renovated at a huge expense and they they will soon leave because they can't offer a decent product. The location was formerly a Perkins--wish they had stayed around. One the plus side they staff was very nice.

They were repaving their parking lot during our stay. It would have been nice if the management had sent us a note in advance telling us to just park in the parking garage. Instead I parked in the lot and drug my luggage over the gravel for a long distance to the lobby. My wife is handicapped and they had made not arrangements for the loading and unloading of handicapped persons. It was a big deal to get her from the casino out to the car when we left. On the plus side, the staff working security in the parking area were quite helpful and nice to us.
I stay here 2 years ago and got a great room rate. This year I paid about 3x more than previously. I requested a room near the top and got a 4th floor room looking right into the roof top equipment. We could see the river but it wasn't a special view like I had before. I don't know how in 2 years a hotel can get so run down especially since more than 12 months of it was during the pandemic. The sheets were no long nice and crispy. The room just looked tired. The carpets in the hallway were a big trip hazzard. Looked like someone who didn't know how to clean carpets had cleaned them with too much water and the carpeting had come up off the floor. The carpets in the hallway bulged so there were long ripples all over the place. Looked like carpets were long overdue for replacement.
On the plus side, I do enjoy the Aquarius and wish they had better maintenance. They have a very nice walkway along the river. There is a McDonalds on site so its convenient to get breakfast there. Front desk staff were nice and helpful.

Played the slots but no drinks offered. Don't stop here if your guests are handicapped. My wife is handicapped so I had to load and unload her in a "no parking" zone because the entire front of the casino was blocked off. The handicapped parking area was about half a block away and no empty spaces. The food court looked messy and the restaurants were closed due to the pandemic. On the plus side they did have a nice display of Native Amer art and history in the hallway leading to the food court.

I wrote 8 emails asking this company to cancel my order. Tried many times calling them and no one every answered the phone. Not only did I never get my plants, they charged my credit card $132 so I had to write a letter to the credit card company asking them to cancel the charge and am still waiting to hear back from them. This company is a total cheat.

This is the perfect lunch stop while shopping in Tubac. Speed of ordering and delivery of food to table was perfect. Food was excellent. Drinks were perfect. A little on the expensive side but worth it because the food is so good. I ordered the chili rellanos which were really great. My two friends also enjoyed their meals and thought the food was excellent. Really nice out door patio seating. Inside dinning decor is something else like being in a glass factory. Very unusual and pleasing.
