I recently purchased the Jamie VVS Diamond Men's Ring in Platinum from Diamondere, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the product. The craftsmanship is top-tier — sleek, bold, and exactly what I was hoping for. The VVS diamond sparkles like crazy in the platinum setting, giving it a clean, luxurious look without being over the top.

It fits perfectly and feels incredibly solid and comfortable on my hand. You can tell right away this isn't some mass-produced piece — it's quality through and through.

Shipping was on time, packaging was premium, and customer service was responsive and professional throughout.

I recently ordered a diamond engagement ring and the service throughout was excellent. The diamond I had chosen was unfortunately sold before they could source it from the dealer but they sourced a better diamond with the same spec's I'd chosen - free of charge. I have ordered jewellery from Diamondere before and it was excellent quality but I was really blown away with the quality of the engagement ring. It met all my expectations and more. I'm based in the UK and shipping / delivery was a smooth process too.

8.5mm cushion cut AAA African amethyst is less than $100 on the open market. A silver ring blank of this type 25-$75... so it should be a highly profitable ring to sell at over 500. Its definitely a nice ring. Remote buying making sizing very difficult... I had sizing at kay jewelers and additionally bought a ring sizing kit. All results said size 12 and I measured the ring it is size 12. But doesn't fit the intended finger. This problem is a general one of remote ring buying and not just diamondere. Not sure what can be done to improve this. Engraving orders were very clear. I still have them but the order got overlooked. The profitable ring good. The process of ignored instructions... not good. I have a lot of big business. The biggest problem in business. Nobody can follow simple instructions and I have to restart or remediate nearly everything

I was first told that my order would arrive between a given date range of seven days, with the earliest possibility being nine days after my initial order. Days later, I was then informed that my order would be delayed by seven days after the upperbound of the initial date range. Still later, I was then told that my order would be delayed a further seven days after the six days, meaning that my order was delayed by 13 days total. Although my order did finally arrive, I would definitely not recommend using this company if you need to get your order in a timely fashion. Expect delays.

I ordered my engagement ring from Diamondere because they were the only company I found that had all the characteristics in a ring that I wanted. I had initially ordered the my ring with the gemstones in the wrong place. I contacted them in a panic and they responded immediately, setting my mind at ease. They made the changes for me and kept me updated on the progress of my ring's creation. When my ring arrived, it exceeded all of my expectations. It really is a work of art and my girlfriend is going to freak when I pop the question with it next month during our vacation. Thank you Diamondere for making this milestone memorable and extra special!

Gotta say, I was skeptical. I had read some disparaging things about Diamondere's delivery policy. Items were being delivered late and well past the important wedding or proposal date. This was really scary for me, but I took the chance. Turned out great! I made the order and had immediate communication throughout the whole process. Order delivered on time, only one day late, but it was no big deal. I thought it was cool that the company asked me for details about my fiance to understand why he wanted that type of ring. Cool touch!

The ring did not look 100% the way it appeared online. It was a 3D geometric ring and had very cool raised edges. The real thing wasn't quite as sharp and defined. I give it an 8/10. I know each piece is made to order, so I guess it'll never look exactly like the picture. My fiance is very happy with it, so that's great!

I purchased a ring that fell apart and paid to have it "fixed" by your company. When it returned it looked good and I was assured it had been checked by the Jeweler. It then fell apart again. When I shared that I would be giving negative feedback it was offered to be remade at no charge and it looks great. I hope it is still real stones as a local jeweler will confirm. If the stones are actual stones then my reviews will be greatly positive. The only thing I wish is that I did not have to get upset and this is how I was treated in the first place. It was only an $800 ring and it was going to cost me $120 the first time until I got upset and it was changed to $60.
