The bracelet is beautiful and just as it was pictured - I would only have one small negative - the latch is a bit difficult to latch - Almost lost it the first day I wore it, I fell off my wrist. Seems that I did not have it completely latched. Not so easy, Aside from that part it's perfect and I love it. Will buy my next piece from you

The ring is beautiful. The London blue topaz is a little lighter in person than shown online. Also my order was delivered almost a month later than the original arrival date due to quality issues, which I can appreciated but I wasn't notified until I reached out to them, since I was trying to plan an engagement. Would order from here again but maybe a piece that wasn't time sensitive and definitely fur the er in advance.

Unfortunately my wife didn't like the jewelry and I had to return it but the customer service helping me along the way was great and I was able to follow their instructions with constant communication. They made everything easy!

I appreciate how I was kept updated about everything including time of delivery so that i'd he home to sign for it. The ring itself is beautiful and I can't wait for my fiancee to see it on our wedding day. Thank you so much!

Laying eyes on these rings for the first time was quite an emotional experience. They have a soul, an essence to them, which clearly speaks of the care that went into their crafting. I absolutely love the ring, love the packaging, and the immediate follow up after placing my order. My only complaint is the shipping/delivery date changed multiple times, however please that they took the time to make sure the ring was perfect before sending it.

I received a nice pair of earnings, but they are different than what I ordered. I was told that sometimes customers get "upgraded". They ended up being a totally different style of earrings. Again, nice earrings, but not what I had purchased and am a bit disappointed that I would get "upgraded" without any prior communication to ensure I was good with this.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Diamondere. The ring that I received was absolutely beautiful, and it is obvious that the company takes a lot of pride in its work. I received emails from them every step of the process making sure that I was satisfied. I will definitely be ordering from them again should the occasion arise.

Experience was great other than the delivery process. I was sent the wrong tracking number for UPS by Diamondere and when I tried to track it, UPS told me the deliver address didn't match the address I gave them, which caused quite a bit of consternation as you can imagine. Eventually, I was given the correct tracking number by Diamondere but not without multiple unanswered calls and emails.

The ring is amazing as previous ordered other rings. The only thing I'm not super happy about is where the diamonds end and bottom of gold ring starts. It looks very weird to me and I received same comments. There should have been some transitions and from end to start so that it looks pleasant to the eye.

I love my ring. I ordered the Lucy Men's ring with Heirloom rubies. The Rubies are very bright and beautiful. The ring all together fits amazing and looks great! I would definitely feel comfortable shopping here again for any future jewelry.

This was my first expensive jewelry purchase for myself. I saw it online and had to have. It is truly the most beautiful ring I have seen. I opted for the 2 caret London Blue Topaz in gold. The craftsmanship is beautiful and sturdy. As expected It is gorgeous!

We ordered my daughter's class ring from Diamondere. She loved that she could basically customize the perfect ring for herself. When it arrived, after thorough communication from customer service, my daughter was in awe. The ring is gorgeous. The presentation made her feel very special. This experience was above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be turning to Diamondere for future important jewelry purchases.

Over all it was a good experience. My only complaints are that once the ring was sent for certification I was no longer able to track in through the app, and shipping was delayed. My payment for expedited shipping was refunded due to the delay; however, I was offered a service (expedited shipping) that was later denied causing me to adjust plans on my end.

While using the website to get a ring custom made it was a smooth and streamed lined process. Unfortunately there were some delays, but emailing them they remained in consistent contact letting me know and updates and air mailed me my ring and got it the next day

I was looking around for a vintage style engagement ring for my fiancé, soon to be wife. I could not find many options that met this style especially anywhere near this price. I was surprised to find the ring shipped to me so soon and couldn't be happier. Would recommend though I would have like to see more of the styles with the option of amethyst accent stones but everyone around me agrees this was the right choice.
