The item arrive as described and the customer service team followed up during the process. The necklace chain arrived with a small kink in it which had to be carefully removed, but other than that a smooth process.

I recently purchased an emerald-cut 10k rose gold morganite engagement ring and matching wedding band from Diamondere as a replacement for my wife's original ring, which she sadly lost. She was absolutely blown away by the cut and clarity of the morganite—it sparkles beautifully from every angle and looks even better in person than in the photos. Website was easy to navigate. Pictures did not do the ring justice. My wife loved the ring I ordered. I hope it holds up and the quality is there. Only time will tell. This is the 1st time ordering jewelry like this.

I shopped locally and was disappointed in the lack of creativity and style. I decided to try online. I searched for jewelers with the highest approval rating and found Diamondere. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, style and abundant selection. I found the perfect ring for me and it was half the price I was willing to spend locally. I placed the order and the communication started to flow. I was kept up to date on the process of my ring and within a few short weeks it arrived. The ring is stunning! I could not be happier!

I ordered the Kellum Blue Topaz ring for men.Sizing was perfect, design was beautiful. But the stones were so light they seemed more like aquamarine. Still striking, but not the coordinated look I was going for. Diamondere had it shipped back and tried again, even sending me a picture of the stones they were going to use. Still too light once installed. I even had a third party jeweler test the stones to make sure they were topaz! That jeweler suggested that I go with the London Blue Topaz, since it would be darker... so I did and it worked! Diamondere took back the 2nd try on the ring once I had the new one and refunded me for the cost of the first ring. Happy it worked out. 4 stars for what it took to get there and that it was another jeweler to suggest the stone difference (it needed to be topaz as that's my wife's birthstone, part of the point).

I was interested in tweaking a few features for a men's ring that caught my eye and Cherie and the team of designers were more than happy to accommodate my request. Excellent customer service, was contacted and allowed to add engraving after I placed the order and helped me track the order every step of the way.

Experience was good waiting on ring to come back from resizing. Overall Experience was god as the order went smooth and they kept me up to date on progress.

The ring is beautiful, exactly what we ordered. The staff communicated throughout the process, and worked with us when we were concerned that the delivery might happen while we were out of time. Whenever someone admires the ring (which I'm sure they will do), we will recommend your company.
