The experience was not like shopping online. It was more of an in-store feel. After the sale I was contacted and reminded that engraving is free. I skipped this step when designing the ring. They helped at every step to make sure my ring was perfect. They also check after to make sure it arrived. Good experience great gemstones!

Hello everyone, my order was perfect and without delay. The stone I chose was out of stock or purchased however they upgraded me to be even better stone! The ring is beautiful and my wife loves it. Will recommend to my friends and fsmily
