Nothing will happen since they are an awful company. My first experience was when they delivered a £2000 PC to the correct numbered house but in the wrong street! Then had the audacity to send me a photo of the number which apparently proved they had delivered it. Luckily I took the time to wander the streets in my general area and found the 96 that they had delivered it to, and the person accepted that I was the recipient.
More recently I paid £8 delivery and they gave me a delivery slot and then after I waited in for them the time slips by over 30 minutes so I called them and the woman I spoke with said it was back at the depot with no reason! No card, no explanation. After that call I got an update email stating it will be delivered too late for my purposes on Monday, utterly useless company. I intend to check every time I want to buy with a company if they use DHL and if they do I wont do business with them unless they use a different company.
Ive had to use this company 2 times now and both times I've been disappointed. Slow service, high fees, hidden charges, they stole money From me and refused to refund, inconvenience in payment, the website is slow, the customer service is terrible etc etc.
What a horribly incompetent company. They delivered a package to the wrong address yet "confirm" to me it was sent to the right GPS! Yes, the right state, city and complex (of 20+ buildings) but wrong building and apartment number. And they refuse to correct this and place the blame on me because I allowed delivery without need for a signature regardless of its incorrect delivery. When I confronted the "supervisor bot" and asked if her lack of concern was because she thought I was "stupid." She admonished me to watch my "bad language!" I am sure she has heard and will continue to hear worse. DO NOT USE DHL - EVER!
Company was chosen for me to deliver a package that I bought from a different company. So, my product's company chose DHL to deliver my very expensive (over 60 dollars) package for a friend. After taxing me over 25 dollars they autofilled the incorrect address and sent my package to the wrong place. After filing FOUR claims with them I got a response that they wouldn't be reimbursing me because my package was a gift, so the name on the package was different from mine, even though I sent them all of my purchase receipts as the person who holds the account all of the funds came out of. After arguing with their like. Top dog customer dispute person for multiple days about how that is a ridiculous reason why I cant get my 96+ CAD back that I lost because someone wasn't paying attention, they started completely ignoring me and refuse to return emails. Their phone line, of course, is run only by automated voice messages and the last time I tried to file ANOTHER claim on their website it said the service was down " :(" . Screw this delivery company; its literally genuine theft.
In my personal experience, DHL is by far the worst deliver in the world.

I Ordered some 3D print supplies from Czech Republic first time used FedEx took 2 day. Next order was smaller and thought save a bit on shipping and use DHL. Bad move 2 to 3 day shipping is now a week and half. Not first time they have do this thinking back also had this problem few years ago with an order from UK.
Emailed DHL and they said even though I paid for 2 to 3 day week an half is all they can guarantee. Avoid these people not worth the our money
Our package was delivered on a wrong address in a completely different area street etc with only house number matching, unbelievable and irresponsible! Anyone with basic intelligence cannot make this mistake. On top of that we raised the complaint immediately in 2 hrs after delivery notification and they took our complaint and said they will start the recovery immediately and said by Monday evening you will have the status. This happened on Friday and then on Monday evening when we called to know the status they said the recovery is not started and and is asking the same questions again :(

If you can manage to get through the shippng paper work which took me three hrs, they then have you print out the wrong paper work because they didn't accept my payment. We all kept waiting for the acceptance and they allowed me to set up a pick. They couldn't accept the pick up with the wrong paper work. 6 phone calls later and only by contacting tech support did I get the issue resolved and another pick up scheduled. I have been sitting outside now for 2 1/2 waiting. Save yourself the grief and ship with someone else.
Cleared my package last month on the 27th
2 weeks later DHl has not delivered it, make matters worse no email, no communication at all.
I lodged same documentation in Australia to be send to Germany. I was promised it would take 4 days.
The documentation where shipped back woods and forward and arrived after 8 days. When complaining to DHL they just said that 4 days is an estimate only, so it can take any days, no guarantee given.
I have no idea what kind of business they are running. But I cannot recommend there service at all, like most of the others comments..
They email you asking for address confirmation,
WHY. You have it already.
Their email scan is totally unintelligible. You can contact them and no one knows anything.
You speak to Customer Service in India about a purchase from China.

Please do not use DHL, they have not only a history of not actually delivering packages but when you try to call them they go to a 3rd party carrier who just tell you to call the merchant who will replace the item for free. No they wont and why should they? They shipped the item, it was lost in transit... why should they pay for it? Why should a small or large company be out merchandise because of your errors? I waited until I had personally seen more packages go lost than delivered going through DHL before I started to review them

We hold an import account with DHL India, About DHL India service, We would like to rate below "0". Pathetic service and staff, they behave like they are the customers. Please try to understand that DHL, India has no privilege, we will quit DHL sooner.
They litterally suck at communication. They will lie to your face and know the truth. Litterally if you get an order delievered through then you better pray you ever see your package. Next time I get an order through them imma cancel right away worste company ever!
I ended up paying double I sent a package less than a pound I paid $120 and my sister paid $140 in Honduras. Rip off.

When I first called to sign up for service with a baggage transfer company that uses DHL they told me was the last date was that I could ship it in order to get to the cruise in time.
So I requested that date as the pick up date. Waited at home all day and DHL never arrived!
When I tried to find out what the problem was by phone, the DHL representative told me "the trucks must have gotten busy today and there are no more Available quote, obviously indicating very poor planning
So they promised me they would "expedite the pick up the next morning. Unbelievably, waited all day the second day, and again, they never came!
Don't understand how they can run a business like this, but I would NEVER consider using DHL again under any circumstances. One of the worst large companies I've ever dealt with!
We get deliveries from FedEx, UPS, USPS, Cal Overnight all the time, no problems. The DHL driver couldn't find our house and the package has been sitting at the warehouse for 5 days and we're still waiting. Customer service is nonexistent!

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
