Both something for my business and was awaiting to be delivered. Unfortunately delivery driver was outside my house as i have seen photo he provided on their app and confirmed delivery which apparently i have sign for. I was not at home and nobody else was in my home. Driver possibly took the package for personal use. I did try to contact DHL on this number *******7770 whoever no answer even so i tried multiply times for 35 min on the phone each time. This company does not have customer service. Do not use their service.
I purchased a $1,000 watch online. I have had to call 4 times so far and send 3 emails just to supply them with the Watch / Clock Worksheet they requested. The seller of the watch is a watch dealer and provided them a Watch / Clock Worksheet but they also wanted the same form from me. After all that was over (8 days later) now they emailed me to tell me I need to pay tax/duty. But there is no way of doing that on their website, so I had to call them again! After getting transferred to 2 people they tell me it is going through clearance and they do not know if anything is due. What a waste of time dealing with these idiots! Unbelievable. I would never buy any product from outside the USA if it will be shipped through DHL. Stay away from them! The worst experience ever!

Since July29th, that we filed for issurance covrage to at least get our money back and covrage that DHL claimed to pay ($100) nothing happend.
Worse of all they closed the case with out any notice.
Any one out there can give me a lead how to battle this froud advertisment and horrfied service!

This issue never got resolved!
After 4 years of working on my parents immigration process, they were finally fortunate to get interviewed on July-21.
And the only document they needed to get their Visas before going back to my country-Iran was my birth certificate (I'm living in the USA).
After a quick research, I decided to use DHL which is more famous in international delivery and can guarantee that my parents can get the document safely and get their visas ontime during their stay in Turkey.
After 5 days, DHL claimed that they could not find the address, so my dad went to 2 different DHL's offices to get the package.
After opening the package, surprisingly, the package was empty. It did contain all the papers that I signed, but not the birth certificate. As a result they couldn't get their visas and they went back home.
My birth certificate was a very sensitive document and the whole process was also time sensitive.
Why did I choose DHL over USPS, while it was even more expensive?
Because I trusted your company's words.
I spent more than 5000 dollars for my parents immigration process and we waited almost 4 years for that moment. And now what?
I only have 60 days to get a new copy of my birth certificate, because Iran is under sanction, I can not send my birth certificate to them, So I have to arrange another trip to turkey for them to get their visas.
Why? Because DHL opened my envelope several times, and didn't deliver my package safely.
Can you see how disappointed I am with DHL's service?
Taking 4 days to deliver between London and Bristol, very bad and unreachable compared to the cost of service.
DHL has been a complete and utter inconvenience. They are nearly impossible to get into contact with. They also told me my package was delivered to my home address but after complicated research on my own doing, it was delivered to a random desirous warehouse over 15 miles away. Not a single email or letter notified me of its whereabouts. Very disappointed. I also paid 30$ for expedited delivery. DHL is a disappointment.
Please hurry up and go out of business. I had no signature drop off they can't follow directions of course. And they lying said they came by. Horrible. But we all know this. I knew when I saw DHl. Shipping I yelled out loud FUUUUUUU@#$&2+_. Y'all suck... peace everyone... let's please boycott DHL.
I'm so upset! I needed my package by SUNDAY and it was out for delivery today but supposedly their vehicle broke down and my package was transferred to the next cycle which is Monday! I paid express shipping for NOTHING. The fact that they're closed on weekends is HORRIBLE. We should be able to at least pick up packages from the facility on the weekends. I am soooo upset I can't even begin to express the frustration this has caused me. I hate DHL.
DHL is perfect if you want to completely lose a package. I have never had them successfully deliver anything to me. Every single time, they dump the package on a random doorstep, take a photo as "proof" of delivery of a front step that looks nothing like my house, and then insist they've done their job correctly. Have contacted DHL multiple times in the past a nobody bothers to look into lost package claims or get back to you on the matter. I always need to go back to the seller and request a refund because DHL consistently fails to deliver. I don't know how they managed to completely screw it up so consistently.
Never, never delivered a package home. They always say "You weren'tat home". Today they returned the table back! Tree of us were at home... I lived in 4 countries and never saw such irresponsible post anywhere. LIARS!
I signed a waiver to not sign for package. My package has been rescheduled 6 times. Stolen by a worker in-house. Thieves work at DHL.
85 euro for anA4 letter to Thailand which takes 5 days. You got to be joking. This is treble the price I pay d a few years ago.
They are slack. They don't update what's going on with your package and when you reach out to them it's a lot of oh well basically.

On a recent DHL delivery, and using DHL tracking, it took nine days for a small package to travel from Finland to Ourense in northern Spain. It then took five days for the same package to be delivered from Ourense to this address in A Teixeira - a distance of 32 kilometres.
This past week not only has DHL misplaced both of my deliveries but the second time they claimed a completed delivery, the mailbox was completely empty. I think there may be alot of theft happening.
But no, same old same old. Just as bad as every other courier. Parcel stuck in Paris, spent hours on the phone trying to find out what is wrong. I am the sender of the parcel, they need the eori and vat number which is on the paperwork sent with the parcel. It took me a week to find out this is what is required. But they won't allow me to give the customs in France this information, the customer has to do it.
Honestly, how to make things as difficult as possible
I requested my package to be delivered 1 day later, but it came two days earlier. I also chose the "leave with neighbor" option, and it was still delivered to my house.
I have been waiting for my package that was on DHL's custody since August 17th. It was supposed to come in August 24. Okay, that's fine I guess. But then today, the day before the 24th, it got delayed 9 DAYS. So that means it is a 28 day overall experience assuming it's not delayed again. This package isn't coming from china or anywhere, It's coming from Monroe Township, New Jeresy. USPS would have already been here.
They are already 6 days late than delivery day and still I haven't received the package. It's a complete scam

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
