Ordine *******584 storia di una Truffa acclarata! Ordine effettuato da oltre 3 mesi, mai arrivato e addirittura segnalato come sparito nel territorio Cinese dal giorno 23 Aprile 2020! Aperto disputa e fornito tutte le prove evidenti richieste. Poste Italiane, Epacket e 7Trak confermano che la spedizione è stata persa in Cina. Girato la disputa alla loro Commissione Dhgate che doveva chiudere la pratica e fornire il rimborso entro il giorno 23 Maggio 2020. Vero chenyuyue? Ad oggi 5 Giugno 2020, non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso, inoltre non sanno più cosa inventare quindi hanno cessato di rispondere alle mail inviate. Questo è l'indirizzo di Posta Elettronica del responsabile CHENYUYUE della commissione al mio caso, che chiaramente non risponde alle mail! Palese Truffa come stanno verificando molti clienti con lo stesso problema, che dimostra la non trasparenza di questa piattaforma Dhgate! Un servizio clienti di pessima qualità ed una Commissione Superiore composta da falsi profili ed indirizzi di Posta Elettronica a cui non risponde nessuno. Ladri!
