Wish I could give 0

Never got my package from them, and customer support has never gotten back to me. Won't let me log onto my account, tells me it's an invalid email, yet I get emails from them every other day, won't let me create a new account with my email. Very unhappy with their service. It's been two months since I ordered from them, and nothing. Don't waste your money

As the title says, they took my money but never shipped my order. DHGate has an internal messaging system, so you have to log in to their system in order to read message from sellers. My seller said that he wanted more money before he would ship the insoles that I ordered, after he had already received payment. That definitely sounds illegal to me. I tried DHGate's dispute resolution process, but they never responded.

DHGate hasn't missed a beat in sending marketing emails though.

I've added some photos of what I ordered vs. what I received.

My order took 3 weeks to be processed. When it arrived the sizes were not at all what I ordered. I ordered a 44reg suit and the suit that was delivered was essentially a boys size. I've been trying to return for a refund and I'm getting no replies at all.

Ripping customers off is there daily grind at DH gate they use every dirty trick you can ever think of the worst service I have ever received from anyone any site anywhere they sell ONLY factory seconds, let me repeat that they sell only factory seconds even the fancied up items that they touch up where a factory second to begin with. I've been a knife maker for 30+ years and I've been in the business and selling knives for as long a company that allows sellers to blatantly steal from customers give out fake tracking numbers send items that are clearly defective or not working and then do everything possible to make it nearly impossible for you to get any thing to go in your favor Customer Service told me I want to dispute then sent me an email the next day saying their seller refused to resend me a new item even though I had paid for it so apparently the inmates are running the asylum over there as well

I ordered a shirt from DHgate Jan. 3,2017. All email information about my order was written in code and unreadable. I tried several times to communicate with them replying to those emails - no direct response. Their website only offers prefab answers to questions. I do not want to accept their web-chat policy. I received an email stating the Chinese New Year was taking place and all business stops for this event. Sad that is the only email in the English language.

Ordered on dec 21 dh gate's website tracking deal said expected delivery 2/6/17 but change to 2/5/17 last night. The tracking number i was given says in transit received in china. I'm pissed. I contacted the seller and they told me to wait for it to ship that it takes a long time they are sorry. Here i am on the day it's supposed to be here and nothing. Very dissatisfied with this transaction. If i don't get the order very i mean very very soon i will be contacting my bank and contesting this charge. I have waited long enough.

This website needs to be shut down. They are nothing but FRAUDS. Tell me my refund takes 10-15 days just to process into my bank it's been over 2.5 weeks that I cancelled my order and still haven't gotten my money back
