I ordered a lovely dress however it turned out to be small. I live in the UK. It was sent from Spain. I have to return it to Spain. Pre-printed label with UPS is not paid for, UPS initially didn't understand that I needed to book collection of the parcel. UPS didn't want to know my tracking number and kept saying that I should leave it at pick up point. Then it turned out that they actually need to book pick up and wanted to charge me 5£ for pick up. How much is going to cost me the whole return then? NO ANSWER FROM DESIGUAL.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE.

That is crazy as the second time my order was sent to a wrong delivery point in another city!
I ordered delivery to an access point in Lodz, ul. Dabrowskiego and the delivery was sent to Pabianice,
The number is: 1ZW699A*******553, order B*******.
The telephone does not work, contact via email from Poland - error! That is the example how to loose clients easily!

Bought the bag from Barcelona airport, used it first time for my mums funeral and had a few light items in it. Within a few hours the zip broke. Honestly had better quality from a market.

Gift certificate scam
August 27, 2021

I received a gift certificate from Desigual from a friend for my birthday. When I tried to use it on line, they said they don't accept on line use, only in person. When COVID started, all the stores shut and they told me it can only be used in person. I waited patiently and a year and a half, and contacted them again. I emailed and got response they will answer in a few days. Then I got response that problem is resolved, but no resolution offered, just a closed tag for the issue i brought up. Then I called and they said they were going to get back to me. A few days later, I texted again about my concern, again no answer. I call again and when I can get no help from the person on phone I ask to speak to a supervisor. I got no responnse and no call back as of yet and its 5 days later.
I am so appalled by what happened with this behemoth of a company that I am inspired to share the story and write a negative review so other buyers of gift cards can beware.
This is just wrong.
This is a huge international company that is acting very unprofessionally. All three stores in the tristate area have closed. There is no way to use the gift certificate. I feel if they dont stand behind money spent in good faith for a gift, then they should be known for there blatant disregard of customers in their reputation.
Especially given the pandemic, shame on them for abusing customers. They continue to sell on line with little overhead, but wont honor money spent to buy gift cards in good faith.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
They are more backwards than their backwards logo!
Frankly corrupt. If I could give less than one star I would!

Door een fout van desigual zijn ten onrechte hoge aanmaningskosten in rekening gebracht. Er wordt niwt meegedacht over een oplossing.
Zeer slechte klantenservice.
Ik bestel hier nooit meer, ondanks dat ik de kleding heel leuk vind!
