I just bought this shirt on 11-21-23, and it has torn away around the neck collar, I've only wore this shirt two times. I really liked this shirt but made of poor quality. I also paid a nice penny for a maxi long sleeve dress, I notice the patterns don't match at the stitch. I also ordered three clearance items which never made it to my home as stated with Desigual who said it was delivered. I like the clothing styles, but the quality and service is lacking quite a bit. I got a refund for the missing items but it took 2 weeks to get refunded
I have called customer service several times. I sent a return back 2 months ago and still have not received it. They do not give returns! Make sure you like your purchase because it's impossible to obtain a return
I ordered a pair of clearance pants. 10 days later I checked on the order, it said delivered. When I questioned this, they said they had not shipped it yet and that was an error, and could not give me a shipping date. I asked for cancellation and they refused, saying their system doesn't allow modifications to orders including cancellations. So beware; if you change your mind or they don't ship for a long time, your money will be stuck (unless you use MasterCard or PayPal to get the refund). I'll never shop with this business again - poor business practices and just too risky!
I bought a bag from Desigual in May 2023. It was faulty so I contacted their customer service department. They asked me for proof of pruchase and photos which I provided and they apologised and said they would refund me. 8 months later I am still waiting for the refund and each time I ask about it I get fobbed off with an email saying they are looking into it. Be warned they will not look after you if anything goes wrong
After previous good experiences I returned some items. That was 7 weeks ago. In a phone call it was confirmed the items have been received. However I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls. Also posted negative reviews but with no result. Reading other reviews I see I am not alone. Did any of these people ever get their money back? I despair of ever getting mine!
Well all i know about Desigual is that they have a high quality garments, back in 2015 i bought a pair of jeans in Italy shop in it was super in quality.
Now in Canada i saw online this beautifully designed T-shirts and Sweaters and ordered the result is delusional. It arrived too late, smelling as if it was printed right before they packed it, need to wash it before i can ware it but t-shirt collar came out all wrinkled as you can see on the image, the sweater collar was unsewn at the back, so disappointed i spend almost 300$ for three pieces with quality zero, listen shopping on Wish have a higher quality than the stuff I received. Don't know what happened to them. And they purposely disabled rating on their website.

I had been a fan of Desigual for years - but I will no longer purchase from them after my recent experience. They are not client-centred, they have poor customer service, and they commit fraud/theft. In summary: I ordered 3 items online and returned 1. I had paid with a gift card ($200) and my credit card ($300). When they refunded me for the $178 item I returned, they put money back onto a gift card instead of my credit card. This make zero sense! I used the gift card to buy the two items I kept PLUS paid an extra couple hundred on top of that! They should have refunded the $178 onto my credit card, it's the only honest way to go about it. Despite email contact, they refuse to give my money back on my credit card and rather insist that I spend all the money at their store. Basically they have determined that the gift card is not to be used for the actual items that I kept. How twisted is that? I tried calling customer service and could not reach anyone - nor did anyone call me back as the automated system said they would. Although their clothing and accessories are fun, colourful and unique, this company is actually sketchy, dishonest, and absolutely not one I recommend purchasing from. It's truly a shame.
Bought a new handbag. After two months of very normal use the bag suddenly fell off my shoulder because the carrying strap ripped out of the side of the bad. And all of the „leather look" parts on one side of the bag are either torn or worn off as if it had been dragged for miles on the ground. The other side is fine.
I'll certainely not buy this brand again.
Ordered a jacket but was shipped a sweater. Impossible to send a message or connect to a live person over the phone. Their websites states customer services is available from 10am to 8pm "for anything you need" - they are not. The phone has a super long message and immediately after you get hung up on. And when you try to send them a message via the online "contact us" form, it says there is no customer with this e-mail address, even though I have an online account with them with that exact e-mail address. I previously purchased items from them in stores in Europe and Miami but given how poorly they run their online retail, never again.
I am dealing with a purchase for almost 2 months. First the order took forever to be delivered and every time I contacted the customer service they would say that they were busy and I should wait. Once it finally got delivered, I returned the order and now they are taking forever to refund me. When I email them, comes an automatic response saying that they will get back to me in 24 hours that actually means a week. And when they finally get back to me, they ask a hundred questions that they could totally get from my order #. Terrible business. But I also would like to highlight that Desigual didn't use to be like this, what makes me very upset.
On July 31st, I ordered a floral tulle midi dress, $69.02 including tax. On the same day, I found out that the event I was ordering the dress for was canceled. I requested that Desigual cancel the order.
Ever since, the order status has remained as "preparing the order."
All my emails requesting reimbursement get a reply, "We're continuing to work on your case [case #] to find the best solution."
All phone calls get a recorded message, "We've registered your request and will call you as soon as possible."
I have not received reimbursement

Clothes are nice but for the expensive price they still use dpd to ship which is the worst company ever and desigual customer service is most incompetent and lazy I ever saw. They also had the courage to play the victim when I changed tone tired of their incompetence. They are an insult to the clients
On November 2022, I bought a dress Desigual online, but the dress was too small and I had to return. The package arrived in Spain on December 18th. I never received money back.
I keep sending emails, calling, but as of January 18th 2023, I still didn't receive any payments. I end up filed a dispute.
I ordered a dress on July 4,2023. A couple of weeks later, they sent me a sweater I didn't order. I contacted them via their website and it took them 10 days to send me a return label. They also refused to send me the item I had ordered and suggested I order it again.
I returned the sweater 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me. I have contacted them repeatedly and they just send back automated messages.
NONE of their listed phone numbers work. NONE. This is a legit brand in Europe but the USA Desigual website is a scam. DO NOT USE.
I purchased 2 items online. I returned them a few days after I received them. I was charged for the items but never received a refund. That was 7 weeks ago. I have tried many times to contact their customer services by email, chat, and phone. The phone number doesn't work. The chat is not connected. Nobody responds to any emails. This business is a scam.
I reviewed this terrible company in the early fall when I was sent the wrong item, instead of the T-shirt I ordered. What I got was a dressing gown but it gave me a chance to see the substandard quality of the material; so thin I could see it would fall apart easily after a couple of washes. I requested a full refund and have had nothing but empty reassurances in the last few months. Finally, I got a message on Nov. 28th that my refund had been processed and I would see the refund in my account within 5 days. Yet when my Visa bill arrived there was no such refund. Forget trying to call as you never get through and are not phoned back.
In a nutshell...I received an order, it did not fit, I returned the order in late July. As of date, no refund has been received. Chalk this up to a learning experience as I will not order from them again.
I am locked out of my account and cannot make any purchase. I even lost the ability to use existing credit. After months of emails with them, this is what I got! Incredibly bad service.

Update. After I wrote here they contacted me saying they would merge the old into a new account. Today I got this "Unfortunately it is not possible to merge these 2 accounts as they are in different currencies.

Please reach out if you have any further questions." What does it even mean? I have always bought in pounds, you can use the same account for every country and currency! This has taken months. Really disappointed; never buy from them!
December 2021, I bought and payed Desigual children clothes online, but had to return the package. The package arrived in Spain on December 31. Automatic reimbursement failed. Since then, I have sent numerous contact forms. First, Desigual customer service has forwarded my forms to the financial department, but without success. Now, they do not even answer my complaint. Up to February 17, I have not received any payment.
For Christmas my mum bought me a $240 handbag from Desigual which I really love, it had a practical design, but after a few month of light wear (just using it to hold a wallet) the entire zipper had broken. It's not like it was damaged, I think it was just faulty from the beginning. According to their return policy I am unable to return it because it has been more than a few months, so I am unable to put a claim against them. It is practically unable to be used because everything falls out. After closely inspecting the zipper I can see it actually plastic and is very poor quality. You could probably find better a knock off store.
