They will promise the world, but deliver absolute trash! Plus they did not honor their "100% Guarantee" I paid thousands for a useless site. REAL AMATEUR HOUR!

Design Eminent is part of a string of fraudulent companies operating under the umbrella company Digitonics, based in Pakistan and investigated for money laundering and impersonating USPTO employees. Avoid this company like the plague. They are not a legit company - they prey on people who don't know anything about building websites. They over-promise, under-deliver and will charge you frequently for services.

The worse company to work with is design eminent they asked to lie to the bank to get my money back and I didn't now they are keeping my domain and website hostage because I didn't lie to the bank and told to go ahead and sue them very rude people 0-10 recommended

Never produced anything for us despite charging and being paid for services! And when requesting refunds, no response. Do NOT use them!

WARNING: I signed a lifetime hosting contract with Design Eminent about three years ago for $2298. The contract entitles you to a 100% money back guarantee if you're not satisfied or do not wish to continue with them for whatsoever reasons, it also states this is a onetime fee that you are paying for. I couple of months ago the Company went into my Private Foundation checking account and took out hundreds of dollars without my consent, my Bank Fraud Department refunded me back the funds and had Design Eminent refund my money back. On 4/6/2021, I started receiving a text message without a name, only stating this is Design Eminent, and I needed to pay $750 to keep my website up, I refused; I then received phone calls from someone refusing to give me their name the next day soliciting me for the $750 payment; I refused to make a payment and my website started displaying a message (OOPS, That page can't be found). This has been one of my worst experiences with doing business with any Company ever. I will pursue civil action to the highest degree. Everyone beware of this Company (Design Eminent)!

Start with low prices, keep adding fees, don't complete work anywhere near on time. Project managers don't return calls and emails. Delivered a defective product that had a hacked plug in. Don't stand behind their work. I hired some other company to rebuild my hacked website. They will not cooperate in turning my website without additional fees over so I can get a competent hosting company. What a nightmare!

RUN as far as you can from this company they can't do the job, waste your time, lies upon lies do not even give them a chance it would be the greatest mistake one can make in all of humanity to work with this frustrated amateur's thefts Please do yourself a huge favor RUN

This is not an American company. They will hustle you. I spent over $3000. 00 with this company. Its been a horrible experience. Now I have to rebuild a new website. They tricked me. They aren't honest and upfront with their fees. My website is down and I can't even get into the admin portal. Well according to them I can't get into my website or admin portal because Wordpress has done an update and it's going to cost me over $300 for design eminent to update it for me. Here's the kicker, they will not give me my C-panel password so I can have my website moved to another hosting company, so although I own the website it's useless, I can't move it. Please listen to the negative reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are some cocky MFers too! Everyone working for this company will eventually be jobless because you can't keep stealing and tricking people to operate your business... please call me at five eight 0 nine five six ninety five ninety! This company will take your money and run. I was left without a fully functioning website and after reading all the bad reviews I was one of the lucky ones because I got my passwords before THEY STARTED IGNORING ME and I was able to pay ANOTHER website company to take over and make my website fully functioning.
My project manager was Ally Shaw, then he started to ignore me so they sent me to Amy his alleged secretary and then she started to ignore me so they sent me to their alleged boss Ian Luca, WHO COULDN'T CHECK TO SEE IF MY WEBSITE WAS WORKING ON HIS COMPUTER! Huge red flag way late in the game. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE you'll regret it in the end.

This group has taken more than 2000 dollars from for the purpose of developing and hosting an e-commerce website that they haven't done for a year now. They created some kind of demo as a means of luring my attention into believing they are working. Here's what they do:
1) They have same person who pretends to be different individuals. He will be assigned to your project and after a while, he will no longer respond to you. Whenever you call, he will feign some other voice and inform you that your project manager is sick or on some family leave. This will lead to your project being reassigned and thus causing delay. They really don't get to do the work during this process, and eventually, they'll stop talking to you all together.
2) They'll convince you to pay more money for what they will never offer which is why they have a demo to show you. In this way, they're very consistent with communication until they notice you have realized they're a fraud.

I wonder if this group has a physical address, but the fact the this is still having an online presence is a strong concern.
Any positive review here is a fraud. Get in mind that they do not respond to reviews like mine, which should bring to your attention what they are.
There's no need to be skeptical here, just avoid this criminal enterprise while we figure out how to legally get the off the internet.

One star is mandatory otherwise they do not even deserve a star. We started working with them in July and we we were told that our website will be liver in 4-6 weeks which never happened. Finally our website was live on October and since then it has crashed 4 times. We are writing this review on January 18th 2021 and our website is down since January 12th 2021. Since Jan 12th we are trying to get in touch with our project manager, other team members through various means like phone calls, messaging platform they have, live chat etc. We must have called them at least 100 times in this span and they simply do not care to reply. Till date we have paid them $5199 which included website designing, on-page SEO, dedicated server (for 3 years), site maintenance and SSL certificate (for 5 years). Its been only 3 months or so since our website has gone live and these guys have just vanished. Since I am trying to follow up with them since a week now and I had no point of contact till date. It will be safe for us to think that they have taken our money and vanished.

BEAWARE of this Nulled company.
The address given is also a regus office address and they will not get your work completed.
Initially they will be very nice and requesting more add ons until you have paid every option then the work, phone call and correspondense stops.
You are buying stress, fustration with this company instead.

This company is a scam! I got a logo design done. I was told that this is the only cost involved. Later they offered to file trademark and copyright for an additional cost. After receiving payment for the logo and the agreed amount for the trademark and copyright they charged my credit card again for trademark. From October 2019 till date they are not making fool. I was in touch with project manager there who charged money and so far not able to deliver. Now he doesn't even ack emails. I spoke with customer service on 24th July 2020 and he indicated that they have to charge 200 USD more for approval. So far I have not even seen the form. They say they are filling but god knows about these frauds. Later end July 2020 one lady called and at least listened to what I mentioned. She said that she will handle my account and will revert in less than a week on Monday. I have been contacting since that time and no work has been done. No ackl to mails. I have been working with this company for 10 months to develop a simple website and it still is not finished. THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM, PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND THE MONEY.
1. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF NJ OR FLORIDA. Not sure if they have a license in any state in the United States.
2. THEY NO LONGER HAVE AN OFFICE IN CAMDEN NJ OR ANYWHERE ELSE THAT CAN BE FOUND. They are associated with A COMPANY NAMED OCTA LOGO, WITH JUST AS BAD A REPUTATION.
3. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO THE OWNER IS. 4. They use high-pressure sales tactics.
5. They get you through phases of your project only to inform you that you didn't pay for something and more money is required.
6. They change multiple project managers without you knowing it.
7. They will post your website in an effort to not refund your money based on their 100% guarantee policy.
8. THEY HAVE MULTIPLE BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINTS IN NEW JERSEY AND WON'T RESPOND TO ANY OF THEM. THEIR RATING IS CURRENTLY AN "F"
9. EVERY COMPLAINT LISTED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF NJ IS FOR THE SAME THINGS THAT I HAVE LISTED.

I ran a music production business, I made a wordpress website myself, I told them that I needed two pages to be slightly changed to look better and the mobile website navigation bar to be re-adjusted. I was quoted $250 so I paid on the spot and waited for them to make changes.

I created an admin account on my website for them so they could make the changes that I prepaid for. I waited about a week for the changes to be "drafted". They were calling me at least 4 times a week even though I asked them to text me as I worked 10 hours shifts at my day job where I cannot answer the phone, they kept calling.

After two weeks of waiting, they finally decided to leave me a message saying that my new website has been drafted and they need me to pay for the content. Then I pointed out that I only needed an already existing website to be tweeked, so they apologized. I told them that I needed two pages to be slightly changed to look better and the mobile website navigation bar to be re-adjusted.

They spent two weeks trying to upsell me, and in the end they told me that I need to give them all passwords to my Hostinger account as the FTP and Database accounts that I swt up for them weren't enough.

In the end I said no, and just left without requesting my money back. In return they sold my phone number to a spaming company.

STAY AWAY!
