Design Eminent

I have purchased a logo design service in $45 and they design a wonderful logo I really appreciate them.
Good communication skills and HARD working guys.

When I started working for the company I was so impressed with how fast they worked and the professionalism of the team when they designed my logo. Once the website design started it was absolutely terrible. Not only do they hit you with hidden fees, promise you there are no more fees, then hit you again with more but they STEAL your money and commit fraud. I asked to have the login for the website so that I could help them fix spacing errors instead of trying to explain over the phone or messaging system. I didn't hear back after a week so I asked again and then received a notification from my bank that $350 was taken from my account from them. I immediately talked to Ferris Marven (my account leader) and was told that's what it cost in order for me to get a login. I related that they most definitely did not have my consent to take money from my account. I was told that day (Monday) and the next (Tuesday) that the refund was processed on Monday. Tuesday I talked with Dennis Taylor who is Ferris Marven's boss who again told us the refund was processed Monday. By Friday we talked again with Dennis who related no refund was processed but was assured that the refund would be processed after the phone call. The next Tuesday comes around with still no refund. We talk to Dennis again who assures us the refund was processed on Friday and that he will provide receipt of refund. By Thursday we have continued to not receive money that was stolen from our account. We talk to Dennis who says he will provide receipt. We eventually talk to the CEO of the company Jerry Miller who relates they do not refund money. Remind you this is money they have stolen from my account without authorization. Jerry Miller the CEO says he is doing us a favor to refund our money in a MONTH! I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever received, I've been lied to, I've been stolen from, and even the CEO does not care!

You agree on logo, good, with any amount,
The person you will be talking online, he will try to get in touch with you straight away, whatsapp yes
Than he will ask you for website, and while talking to you he will be asking you to pay for the logo you agree, i have screen shots of all this discussion,
While he will send you the link to pay for logo, he will continue asking you to get discount offer,
And some how you will say that ok i ll do that, this does not mean that you need it now,
But this sooper dooper smart guy will deduct the money,
You will not know that, i ll tell you guys how,
For example you agree for total payment of 147 for logo, he will deduct 144,1. 5. 1. 9. 1 something like that, very fast transactions and along with website payment too, what every the agree cost.
You will not be able to recieve the message from system of deduction, this is what happened with me,

Now you have to chase them, they will not be responding to you, and every week you hear new name,
Starting with
Daniel Mcay, than, Jerry Miller, than Steven, than Danny and so on, this bull $#*! will Continue, until and some how they will upload your website template after everyday call with these pathetic scammer, they will share with you that your bank transactions return, and they will delete your website template, after those screen shot they will ask you to pay again, our account department has block your account, we can not do any thing, now,

This is how they will cheat you,

My business contacted this company for a logo and business cards. We got those two services. However, a couple of days after that they charged my credit card for copyright, state categorization and for domain. These are something I never asked for. They tried to sell them to me and over and over I said no. They still went ahead and charged me. Then Dennis Taylor my project manager lied to me and said my business partner authorized them even when there is an email and text to prove that we never authorized anything. After Dennis sent a fake registration certificate from USPTO I had to call the trademark office to verify things because I didn't believe what him. Lo and behold they confirmed that Design Eminent wasn't doing business with them and that they have no registration under my company name. Dennis is such a Liar and even when I filed for a dispute with my bank he lied to his bank that he had provided me with everything and he wasn't even aware I what I was disputing about. I went head on with him and he said the money was with Stripe Inc. Because I disputed it. These guys have taken almost $3000 for me and I will get my money back. He even tried to over me a deal by recruiting me into their scam business. I have messages to back me up. He told me to refer people and then he'll split the fee they pay with me. Who does that? I was so upset that I got my lawyer to investigate deeper and we found out that the registered agent in Wyoming is operating under DALIK4IELTS that's where all our money goes to. This company is based in Jedah Saudi Arabia and they have branches of several companies including Design Eminent, Octologo, the App Reneur, Design Proficient and a whole lot. I am working with an FBI agent and they have asked my bank to reopen the dispute. We belive they have agents in financial institutions and they are a syndicate. Almost an act of terrorism. Dennis or whatever your name is. Sit back and watch! You can't steal from hard working people and get away with it. Get your lawyers ready.
