How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Design Eminent?

Once they have your money, it can be weeks, and many emails later, before they answer or do as requested. I had to write all the copy and constantly correct their obvious mistakes, even spelling. All they really did was the overall design and I did everything else. Right now I'm trying to get the source code so I can get my site away from them... far, far away

They will give you a run around if It is something to do with incompetence! Oh he's at lunch, at coffee, out the office etc! This Company is extremely unprofessional

They do not have customer service. They verbally attack you, threaten your livelihood and curse at you.

It is very easy to get a hold of customer service at Design Eminent.

Average but reaching them doesn't mean anything. It's the performance that is terrible the talking they know how to do well

Apart from the sales team they are suuuuper slow. One has a "project manager" who seems like being nothing but a mailbox forwarding my feedback so someone ost likely illeterate and doesn't even check what gets returned... HORIBLE

It is a nightmare to get answers. You provide the briefs and full details and they do not even download the materials in the given timeline, respond only after min 4-5 days TERRIBLE
