Literally the worst experience I've ever had with an online company. Charged me $700 to build a website and then wanted more money to finish it! Wouldn't give me rights to the site without agreeing to pay more money, then they fraudulently charged my credit card! Be sure to look on the Better Business Bureau... this company has an F rating with a ton of complaints! Claim they exist in the United States... very doubtful. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

This company is a scam! I got a logo design done. I was told that this is the only cost involved. Later they offered to file trademark and copyright for an additional cost. After receiving payment for the logo and the agreed amount for the trademark and copyright they charged my credit card again for trademark. From October 2019 till date they are not making fool. I was in touch with project manager there who charged money and so far not able to deliver. Now he doesn't even ack emails. I spoke with customer service on 24th July 2020 and he indicated that they have to charge 200 USD more for approval. So far I have not even seen the form. They say they are filling but god knows about these frauds. Later end July 2020 one lady called and at least listened to what I mentioned. She said that she will handle my account and will revert in less than a week on Monday. I have been contacting since that time and no work has been done. No ackl to mails. This company will take your money and run. I was left without a fully functioning website and after reading all the bad reviews I was one of the lucky ones because I got my passwords before THEY STARTED IGNORING ME and I was able to pay ANOTHER website company to take over and make my website fully functioning.
My project manager was Ally Shaw, then he started to ignore me so they sent me to Amy his alleged secretary and then she started to ignore me so they sent me to their alleged boss Ian Luca, WHO COULDN'T CHECK TO SEE IF MY WEBSITE WAS WORKING ON HIS COMPUTER! Huge red flag way late in the game. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE you'll regret it in the end.

Unfortunately my experience with Design Eminent was less that pleasant. At every turn of the logo design project I found myself arguing for them to uphold what the package I'd signed up for included. I had to argue for them to do design revisions on a "Professional Logo Design Package" that included "unlimited reviews." They tried to up charge me every time I spoke to them. Worst of all is they did not deliver when they said they would. Three times the missed deadlines that they set. One was crucial to our project and caused big issues. I had to call and email many times to get them to actually send over the deliverables. This is just a small portion of the issues we had.

I can not recommend them to anyone.

I did give them two stars because the logo we finally ended up with was good looking, but the amount of stress that it caused getting the logo wasn't worth it. I would choose a different company next time.

Peter kim design my business logo... I love all the samples he showed me but unfortunately I cant get them all lol... Jeeze he's so humble and punctual... in 1 day I get to view samples... design eminent reminds me of chickfila dwl... I mean they are very on time and customer service skills are spectacular... This company is a scam of the worst kind! Had a logo design done and they offered to file trademark and copyright for an additional cost.
After receiving payment for the logo and the agreed amount for the trademark and copyright they attempted to charge my credit card (I keep my card locked) an additional $550 for the trademark. They told me the original $275 for trademark was just to do a search, NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD! I asked for a refund and was told they would do it for additional $200. I again demanded refund and was told that they would go ahead and file for what I have already paid but he would have to fire two reps and asked if I could live with that. I again demanded refund and was told I would get it, I never did. I disputed charges with credit card.

They will promise the world, but deliver absolute trash! Plus they did not honor their "100% Guarantee" I paid thousands for a useless site. REAL AMATEUR HOUR!

As an organization with a sizable development staff, Performance Data had a fully functional, internally developed website in place, but as we approached the launch of a new product line we realized that our "functional" site was in desperate need of an aesthetic "reboot". We reached out to Allen at Design Emineny and explained to him our situation, with only days to go before a national product launch, time was of the essence and Allen and his team went right to work. We are very happy with the improvements that Design Eminent delivered, Allen and his team recognized our needs and wants and delivered on time and on budget. In Design Eminent we feel that we have found a solid and professional design partner whom we will use not only for additional internal work moving forward, but also as a consultant for our customers in need of excellent design and development work.

WARNING: I signed a lifetime hosting contract with Design Eminent about three years ago for $2298. The contract entitles you to a 100% money back guarantee if you're not satisfied or do not wish to continue with them for whatsoever reasons, it also states this is a onetime fee that you are paying for. I couple of months ago the Company went into my Private Foundation checking account and took out hundreds of dollars without my consent, my Bank Fraud Department refunded me back the funds and had Design Eminent refund my money back. On 4/6/2021, I started receiving a text message without a name, only stating this is Design Eminent, and I needed to pay $750 to keep my website up, I refused; I then received phone calls from someone refusing to give me their name the next day soliciting me for the $750 payment; I refused to make a payment and my website started displaying a message (OOPS, That page can't be found). This has been one of my worst experiences with doing business with any Company ever. I will pursue civil action to the highest degree. Everyone beware of this Company (Design Eminent)!

Horrible experience and complete waste of money. Asked Design Eminent to put together a pretty simple Wordpress based blog site for me. Took forever to come up with a design I liked and then had to ask for the same revisions repeatedly. Sometimes I had to wonder if they were even looking at the results of their work before sending me the next release, because some of them were just awful.

Part of the package they sold me was supposed to include a year of hosting. However, after everything was completed and I signed off on the final design, I received a message offering to sell me hosting services. They told me the included 1 yr was shared hosting which would not allow me to point my already registered domain name to the site. When I refused to pay that they provided me with what was supposed to be the deployment files for my site.

I took it to three different hosting vendors, paid professional services fees for migration services, only to find out that what they had provided was not deploy-able. They used and customized a theme that they did not provide, the final product included ad frames which I specifically said I did not want, and what were supposed to be my twitter feed embedded and links to my social media profiles, instead went to theirs. After spending nearly $1000, I feel like I've come away with next to nothing and am now starting from scratch building my site myself.

My advice go to a reputable company, Design Eminent is not it.

The website they were supposed to have made live more then 1 month ago is still not live and ano end in sight. The have the money but no or only very incompetent team to get things done. They are SUPER SLOW and very bad in executing even just rflecting super detailed feedback they cannot. TERRIBLE Do not fall for their seeling team, that's the only thing they can do and even when realising and offering them to withdraw the project from them as do not seem competent they rejected to give the money back, despite 100% money back guarantee. I will start involving my lawyer that seem to be the only way to deal with them unfortunately.

Never produced anything for us despite charging and being paid for services! And when requesting refunds, no response. Do NOT use them!

I have been working with this company for 10 months to develop a simple website and it still is not finished. THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM, PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND THE MONEY.
1. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF NJ OR FLORIDA. Not sure if they have a license in any state in the United States.
2. THEY NO LONGER HAVE AN OFFICE IN CAMDEN NJ OR ANYWHERE ELSE THAT CAN BE FOUND. They are associated with A COMPANY NAMED OCTA LOGO, WITH JUST AS BAD A REPUTATION.
3. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO THE OWNER IS. 4. They use high-pressure sales tactics.
5. They get you through phases of your project only to inform you that you didn't pay for something and more money is required.
6. They change multiple project managers without you knowing it.
7. They will post your website in an effort to not refund your money based on their 100% guarantee policy.
8. THEY HAVE MULTIPLE BETTER BUSINESS COMPLAINTS IN NEW JERSEY AND WON'T RESPOND TO ANY OF THEM. THEIR RATING IS CURRENTLY AN "F"
9. EVERY COMPLAINT LISTED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF NJ IS FOR THE SAME THINGS THAT I HAVE LISTED.
