These are scam artist who promise a full refund at anytime if you are dissatisfied with their performance. Well they have had my money for 7 moths and my website is nowhere near finished so I turned to another company to build me a website and went back to collect my refund from not to be told that I wasn't eligible for a refund at all since they launched my website in April. I will be suing this awful company and I will be telling everyone I meet about my experience with them. Their work was substandard, always late, often wrong and ultimately incomplete and they kept asking for more money! Please avoid this company at all costs. I have all the proof to support my claims.

This is not an American company. They will hustle you. I spent over $3000. 00 with this company. Its been a horrible experience. Now I have to rebuild a new website. They tricked me. They aren't honest and upfront with their fees. My website is down and I can't even get into the admin portal. Well according to them I can't get into my website or admin portal because Wordpress has done an update and it's going to cost me over $300 for design eminent to update it for me. Here's the kicker, they will not give me my C-panel password so I can have my website moved to another hosting company, so although I own the website it's useless, I can't move it. Please listen to the negative reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are some cocky MFers too! Everyone working for this company will eventually be jobless because you can't keep stealing and tricking people to operate your business... please call me at five eight 0 nine five six ninety five ninety! Let's discuss our bad experiences and see how we can get this company shut down for good!

One star is mandatory otherwise they do not even deserve a star. We started working with them in July and we we were told that our website will be liver in 4-6 weeks which never happened. Finally our website was live on October and since then it has crashed 4 times. We are writing this review on January 18th 2021 and our website is down since January 12th 2021. Since Jan 12th we are trying to get in touch with our project manager, other team members through various means like phone calls, messaging platform they have, live chat etc. We must have called them at least 100 times in this span and they simply do not care to reply. Till date we have paid them $5199 which included website designing, on-page SEO, dedicated server (for 3 years), site maintenance and SSL certificate (for 5 years). Its been only 3 months or so since our website has gone live and these guys have just vanished. Since I am trying to follow up with them since a week now and I had no point of contact till date. It will be safe for us to think that they have taken our money and vanished.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with an online company. Charged me $700 to build a website and then wanted more money to finish it! Wouldn't give me rights to the site without agreeing to pay more money, then they fraudulently charged my credit card! Be sure to look on the Better Business Bureau... this company has an F rating with a ton of complaints! Claim they exist in the United States... very doubtful. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

As a 57 year old physician with no children to assist me, clearly my E-commerce understanding in regards to Website design was nil.

I sent them some ideas I have in mind and the they took it from. They were extremely professional and their service was fantastic. He's been a pleasure to deal with - he's very knowledgeable, prompt at replying and keeps things simple. The initial service was a little bumpy until I was given a new Project Manager, Daniel McKay. He and his team, Rachel and Danny, works very hard to ensure that you get what you requested. Daniel will work with you to understand what your needs are and then thoroughly communicates status updates on your project in a timely manner. Daniel has been very professional and the quality of he and his team's work is very good. While my project is not completed yet, I am convinced that he will not disappoint. Design Eminent is a great company with very strong values. I admit, I didn't know what it would take to make a website but my project manager was amazing. He walked me through the process and made sure I thoroughly understood what I needed to make my ideas a reality. He advised but was open-minded to my ideas and budget. The supporting team also did a phenomenal job. They did great with communicating what was needed and options to fix the issue. All around, I highly recommend! I wouldn't work with anyone else.
