I bought a CD from them that was out of print/used, the CD arrived, nicely packaged, but the jewel case was empty - it only had one of those clear plastic CD dividers inside it. I immediately emailed them, and then again, and no response. I'm now working with my credit card company for a refund
I placed 4 different orders on Deep Discount. I had problems with literally all of them. The first two were cancelled at the last minute. The third, they shipped half of the order and it took MONTHS before getting a partial refund. The fourth, they cancelled and refunded half of the order without telling me (got a notification from PayPal), but only refunded the item they cancelled PARTIALLY. This is literally a scam. I can't believe I was dumb enough to order four times on that website, but I will definitely never do it again.
Biggest scam and mail fraud ponzi scheem, no wonder walmarts involved, there level of caring is the same as these losers.
Never got product, refund or ANYTHING they have said.
A word of advice to the wise...never purchase merchandise from deepdiscount.com.
1. They always ship media mail, and the turnaround time is VERY SLOW...even though they charge shipping.
2. If you ever contact them for a refund, they will cop an attitude and give you a hard time...before eventually refunding you only a portion of what you paid. PLUS you need to pay for return shipping, not reimbursed either.

Their "customer service" is the worse: RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL.
If you want good discounts and customer service, go with Ebay and Amazon. These two are light years ahead of DeepDiscount, which is really, dirt and grime on the base of the earth.
I made a pre-order over a year ago and NEVER recieved my item. Also my order on their site is gone and can't be found. It was removed so now they can say it never exsisted. Good thing i took screen shots and saved emails! Also everytime I reached out I was met with the same excuse it's based on manufacturer availability. They also charged me and also made the claim they NEVER charge until item is shipped which is a lie. I won't be ordering from Deepdiscount ever again and if you decide to make a purchase make sure to check reviews. I only wish I had before ordering from them!
When I first started ordering from Deep Discount back in 2020, I would order stuff on a Friday and by Tuesday was in my hands. Back orders were almost non existent as well as delays, now the latter are the norm and not the exception. Also I've been receiving a significant amount of cd jewel cases broken, thought this problem was more an Amazon thing. The thing is that I'm seriously considering not ordering from them anymore, because their service is not as good as it used to.

Some of my orders with these people have gone through as they should, hence the two stars. But they're trick seems to be advertising something at a good price, telling it's backordered or out of stock, cancelling and inviting you to reorder at a much higher price/
And good luck trying to find an adequate resolution via email. If you believe these people they are at the behest of a computer alogithim that will not let them change anything.
Avoid at all costs.
I made a purchase in March and it's October and I haven't received it, I got in touch and they told me that there is no way to cancel the purchase anymore because the deadline has expired. Zero rating for this company! Terrible
An absolute dumpster fire of a company. If I could rate ZERO STARS, then that is what I would do. I waited over 3 weeks for a game that I ordered for my son. I decided to call and find out what the delay was all about. They informed me that they had canceled the order and never let me know that they had done so. They told me that I could re-order it for a much higher price. I will never, ever even consider this company again. What a waste of my time and unwanted aggravation!
I ordered something through Walmart. But I see this Deep Discount is selling merchandise through Walmart. So now my package is being shipped all over everywhere causing unnecessary delays.
Preordered a record on 2/13/2023, which was to be released on 2/24/2023. Received an email 3/9/2023 stating that my order was cancelled. Worst part was that I saw several other copies sell for reasonable prices while I was waiting for my preorder to be sent. Of course now the record is being sold at twice the cost! Do not preorder from them!
Preordered a funko pop on September 9,2022. The pop was released on October 2,2022. I actually forgot I ordered it but happen to see it in retail stores recently. I emailed them asking what happened to my order. They responded back that they canceled the order (the day I asked about it) because it is out of stock. So pretty much I had to contact them or they would have just let the money. Judging by the other reviews on here, this happens all the time. Do not order from this company unless you like giving money away. So many better companies out there that have it together. If I could give negative stars, I would.
DeepDiscount makes it impossible to return items. You have to use their package, which was torn when opening, their label which they did not provide, and only have 30 days from date of shipping (not receipt) even at Christmas. You have to pay return shipping charges which almost guarantees you will not return an item. I will not use them again.
Items were delivered fast & were carefully boxed up. Excellent! Would purchase items again. These cds where hard to find everywhere else!
I was worried abit first ordering from them, but they answered all questions respectfully, so i placed a order and it cam in perfect condition! I recommend this site for great deals. Now to see how they handle a action figure pre order :p
Simply put, they sell what they don't have. I preordered an item and when it was due for release they changed my order to back order. They didn't have the product and couldn't tel me when it would arrive. They did say they would automatically cancel my order after five weeks. Calls and e-mails to customer service went mostly unanswered until I went to cancel the order. I had to pay more money for the item from another distributor that I should've went with in the first place. I'll never do business with them again simply for the fact that several customer service reps could not be bothered to contact me. Clearly, they have systemic problems with customer service.
Bought a box set 3 months ago. After item released on June 10th. They never shipped item. They claim they cancelled the order 3 months ago, but kept the money and never refused.
They belong in jail.
Placed a preorder item. Would expect it to come new but was missing items, was clearly used, and no paperwork. Buyer beware. The few times I stray from Amazon I always regret it.
