Don't waste your money their products are non refundable. I paid via PayPal. PayPal will open a case for unhappy customers. However (DDC) Deep Discounted Deals told me not to dispute the problem with PayPal they would refund my money -

No they didn't They waited until the time limited had past to Dispute my. Problem with PayPal. I was not permitted after the time had expired and DDC didn't refund my money.

Now I will request that PayPal Discontinue business with this company because they are taking advantage of the consumers.

I will be requesting that PayPal with to review the large number of dissatisfied customers with this company and remove themselves from supporting and being part of the deception that DDC company with unsuspecting customers.

Now I am requesting that any and everyone involved with payment in PayPal who has been deceived unable to receive a refund to complain to PayPal submit a request for A reputable company like PayPal discontinue business with this company.

RIP OFF

I placed an for DVD called Dark Crimes 50 and then in the same order I ordered 100 Greatest Mystery Collection NOT knowing 100 Greatest Mystery Collection-- INCLUDES--DARK CRIMES 50 and DeepDiscount Rip Off will not refund my for the Dark Crimes 50. What kind of operation is this? And to Boot I sent them the other Dark Crimes 50. Unbelievable! I love my black & white movies and wanted to order more but never again from these people. How dare they! First off it took 7 different customer service representatives and an entire to do the handling of the order cause nobody knows what they are doing and now I'm out of $13.94 and they have the DVD! Buy Someplace Else Before You Get My Headache! Its not worth it there are way too many other sites you can order on and not have this kind of sale!

Cancelled my preorder
November 18, 2020

This garbage site cancelled my preorders, was a hindred dollars short on my refund. Had to start a dispute with paypal and now my money is tied up in the disputes and the refund process and i cant even order what i tried to get in the first place from another store while i wstch it sell out everywhere and get reposted for more bu scalpers. $#*! this website i hope they go out of buisiness.

When I first placed the order, their system said the items I bought were all In Stock. They only fulfilled part of my order, so I called to find out the status of what was still missing, just to be told that item is now on backorder.

I advised the representative on the phone to keep it on backorder in the event they could procure the item. A few hours later, they email me to say they are cancelling the order, which I did not request when I called earlier in the day.

They have very poor communication with their customers as they provide incorrect information on their website and then refuse to heed one's request to keep an item on backorder.

Because of their ineptness and blatant disregard for customer service, it wound up costing me over $40.00 more for the same product that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere if I would have known at the time I placed the order that they did not have this item on inventory.

I am a very loyal customer and they had zero consideration for the inconveniences which they caused me. They take absolutely no responsibility for errors which they create and could care less how they treat their customers. They truly are the epitome of apathy.

My browsing took me mostly to the DVD & Blu-ray area of the website. They had really really great prices, possibly too good to be true, but too close to call. I was also hadn't heard of the site before. After some research that made me feel a little more comfortable, I emptied my Paypal account save for the total of the purchase and risked it.

End result --> Awesome! My DVDs were well packed, factory sealed and included the slipcovers. Plus they have free shipping on orders over $15.

Great News! -->Always tons of sales going on, huge inventory, from popular new releases to hard to find imports. Plus, they have tons of search options to help navigate through their huge selection. I've been back many times to browse and made additional purchases from them [same experience - slow (free!) shipping, quality product, super sweet price].

Areas that could use some improving --> Their shipping is a little slow and you receive no confirmation of it having been shipped. However, free shipping

I ordered from Deep Discount.com about seven years ago and they were fantastic. Fast delivery. Great customer service. But that was yesterday. I ordered the PS4 Gold Wireless Headset (glacier $#*!e) a month ago for the amazing price of $89. The glacier white version was sold out everywhere and thought wow did I score! But it had been a month now and still had not received it. So I called in today to see what happened to my order. At first I was told I was lying because Deep Discount does not sell headphones. Then I gave them my order number. So now the agent admitted that Deep Discount did sell headphones. So then I was passed around a telephone tree for twenty minutes and every time I was told the agent would be right back. But the agent never came back. When I hanged up and called back I would get the original agent and she would simply say they were very busy. I was told I could leave a number and someone would call me within the hour. That was nine hours ago! So I decided to cancel the order.

I preordered The Last Jedi two weeks before the street date for releasenow, days later, my disc hasn't even been delivered to USPS to BE SHIPPED TO ME.

DeepDiscount didn't price the disc lower than other retailers or offer free shipping.

I could have walked to Target, or ordered from Amazon.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely the worst ordered 2 blurays and 1 dvd in late november. One shipped 11/29, one 12/8 and one 12/9 - is 12/31 and I still have none. Customer NON-SUPPORT email only and cannot track. They have DHL Global and then to USPS and Postal Service cannot track DHL tracking number abd DeepDiscount IS NO HELP. STAY AWAY.

Got many of orders of in stock Funko pops with no issues, but when receiving one that was destroyed and not during shipping either, they wouldn't replace it even though they still had it in stock and then took forever to refund. At the same time, after months of waiting for 5 different back order items (THAT THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR UPFRONT BTW!) they got cancelled with no explanation of why? The funny thing is I could just go back on there and order those same items still showing back order. That is a scam in my opinion if they take your money but can't tell you even an estimate of when it will come.

Placed an order with a pre-ordered item and they didn't say when it would arrive until after I paid (3 months from now). A couple days later placed another order with 2 backordered items - I emailed asking when they would ship, and was told they don't know but don't worry because they hadn't charged me. But they DO CHARGE you for backordered items when you pay via PayPal. I replied TWICE that yes in fact they had charged me, but they wrote back each time "not to worry, we haven't charged you" and we don't know when it will ship.

Had to go through PayPal to get the money back. EVERY interaction with Deep Discount's customer service was PAINFUL.

Canceled the pre-order and won't use them again. ALSO - have ordered from them before and they use ZERO PADDING in their shipping boxes! Expect your Pops and collectibles to be badly damaged. They don't even use sturdy boxes. A joke.

One Word... NO NO NO NO.
Perhaps other people have had success but my exact experience seems common.
This company is so jive that I actually called my bank and cancelled my Credit Card after becoming suspicious.
They charged my Credit card and then the charge disappeared and then they cancelled my order. Firstly, PayPal will not work with them even tho it is an option to pay.
That means you must give your Credit Card info.
Then you get an order confirmation email and then all communication STOPS until you call to follow up on where your shipment is. You are then told over the phone that "A COMPUTER GLITCH CANCELLED YOUR ORDER" and you must reorder".
I re ordered over the phone and again gave my CC #.
Again, nothing happened and no shipment and I called and they said again my order was cancelled.
Then they informed me by email that they declined my card and to call my bank!
Even though it will be a GIANT hassle to cancel my card, I'm relieved that I did... i have zero trust in this company and am happy NOT to support them.
