I am thinking of buying 21 funko pops that are pre-order. Do you take longer than pop in a box to ship preorder pops?

I guarantee they take longer... I had a bunch of Banpresto figures on pre-orders here and all of my orders are now cancelled and I am dealing with TOM (Tokyo Otaku Mode) moving forward. Deep Discount has the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
