I ordered from the 3 times. The first order was two weeks. The second order 2 1/2 weeks. The third order is going on a month. They keep saying they have shipped it but the tracking info shows no package received by transit company. Filling complaint with credit card company.
I tried to cancel order only 30 minutes after ordering. I was charged $39.20. I founded the same item on Target for $17.29 + free shipping. I requested cancelation or honoring to match the price. I got nothing.
From now when I see company name Deep Discount Entertainment I will avoid any purchase. They charged me almost double.
If I could give ZERO stars I would have. I ordered 4 movies on 12/11. The money was taken out of my PayPal on 12/11. On 12/12 I received an email that my order was in pre-shipment, whatever that is. And there it sat for 10 days. When I called customer (dis) service, I spoke with an EXTREMELY rude woman who said that the post office had it. I contacted the post office who said they had NOT received it, to contact the company. This time I sent an email to customer service saying I would contact PayPal about fraudulent activity on their part. Low and behold, the package actually moved and will not be delivered for another 6 days, but at least it's on the move. I still have not gotten a response from the email I sent, but i will not be doing business with these people ever again.

Awful company, I made an order payed extra to get it quick and they still didn't get it to the postal service until 4 days later so in return for paying extra I get my order later then I needed it. Very unprofessional company. I do not recommend.
They steal your money! They send u order confirmation and few hours later u get email with all cancelled or part of your order is cancelled! Ive got his situation more than half of my orders! Word: CONFIRMATON means nothing for them! All they can say is "sorry". Cheaters and liars! Be carefull! Why they can tell "u cant buy this"! Always after u click pay u will notice that! Later!
I won't bore you with the details of my 7-month saga but in short: DVD was ordered and delivered but wouldn't play due to a country code error. I contacted Deep Discount who advised I return the disc for a full refund and provided a mailing label. As added security, I included a printed copy of the e-mailed receipt. They are insisting that the DVD never arrived and therefore cannot process a refund. Needless to say, I won't be using Deep Discount ever again.
Long time member, Long story short-- I ordered a 6 disk movie set from Deep Discount, it took them 2 months to ship to me. By that time I did not have time to watch them. 5 months later I finally got around to watching the movies only to find out that Disk 1 & 2 played with no problem however Disk 3-6 did not and kept erroring out. After repeatedly pleading with them that the DISKS were defective weather I played them day 1 or 5 months later, they would not play. They refused to refund or exchange stating that the warranty had run out and there was absolutely nothing they could do. I am furious about their lack of concern of the faulty products they are peddling to customers, not to mention the $50 I lost. They will not get another dime from me and EVERYONE should avoid Deep Discount at all costs because if thing go wrong, you are on your own. They can take months to ship an item but you only have 30 days to see if it works.
Ordered an item from them that looked to be a very good deal during black Friday week. 2 weeks later, after processing the payment, they send an email stating they are sorry it couldn't be filled and the money would be returned shortly. The email was not the problem. The fact that they waited 2 weeks to send it, causing us to miss other opportunities is the big problem. I wouldn't recommend them to my biggest enemy.

Bought a box set 3 months ago. After item released on June 10th. They never shipped item. They claim they cancelled the order 3 months ago, but kept the money and never refused.
They belong in jail.
Do not again do not do service with these people. 3rd party and they suck. They want a video of said item not working in that case where is said item working to me. They are a scam. Buyers beware. Item did not work missing the other wire.
First order paid with a corporate card, days later they canceled. Second order, paid with a personal credit card, they canceled. Amazon and a 100 other retailers have no problem with my cards. Not recommended!
I placed an order, and Deep Discount cancelled the order due to "a previous charge back". The previous charge back was for 2 DVDs they could not supply, lied about refunding multiple times, and in the end did not provide the refund - hence the charge back.
Apart from cancelling the order, Deep Discount did not advise me about the cancellation, and did not provide a refund at all until I contacted them more than 3 weeks later, as to why they hadn't shipped the order. If I hadn't contacted them, I'm sure they would have just kept the money!
Placed a preorder end of May 2019. Paid by Paypal. Mid June I emailed customer support to check my status, they told me Preorder has been placed and will be available end June. 18th June 2019 my preorder is cancelled and my money refunded the same day. I emailed them to ask Why is my preordered item suddenly OUT OF STOCK? They did not even answer my question, instead gave me a generic response "We apologize for the inconvenience please be free to replace the order we will honor the amount of the original order." What a joke! I will not be ordering or preordering anything from this site ever again. Giving 2 stars only because they refunded my money the same day. If you paid by paypal and didn't get your money back, file a dispute right away, I would not recommend paying by credit card. Paying by paypal means you can file a dispute and get them to step in and help you get your money back if deep discount doesn't respond.
I will never shop here again. We received a DVD set that won't play and it seems impossible to return it for a replacement or a refund. This company is terrible to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
I've been a customer of Deep Discount for several years. I have noticed that as it has grown, the prices have spiked. Sadly, the quality of their goods have plummeted. I purchased the 8 season of CSI -- brand new -- but most arrived with heavy shelf damage INSIDE the cellophane. One of the disc holders was badly broken where you open the holder -- again, inside the cellophane -- and several of the slip jackets were missing. I got the distinct impression that these brand new items had been previously viewed. Wrapping them up in cellophane for resale did not make them any newer. I contacted Deep Discount, but they do not replace damaged items, even if they were sent damaged in the first place. And they do not refund your money until after you send the items back and contact them again. The only positive from my latest experience with Deep Discount is that the discs play very well (something I've had a huge problem with purchasing Ebay discs). Now that I know that Deep Discount purposely misleads its customers, I will not be purchasing from them again.
I ordered a DVD of Downton Abby Christmas. They sent me a Blu Ray DVD which does not play on my DVD player. The order was placed thru Amazon. I have tried several times to get DeepDiscount to send me a return authorization. They keep telling me to contact Amazon. Amazon tells me to contact DeepDiscount. These people are playing games! I am going to complain to the NYS Attorney General. As far as I'm concerned, DeepDiscount SUCKS!

Ordered two items and paid for expedited shipping. Nowhere on the order page was I given an ETA.
Emailed customer service to ask when I can expect delivery. 2 days later I get a reply stating the items are out of stock and could be up to 45 days, but in the eventuality they cannot fulfil the order they will refund the money.
This was unacceptable so I called to cancel the order. I was left on 'hold' (read: handset put down on desk and advisor walked off to speak to supervisor) for 5 minutes just listening to the ambient noises from the room before finally being greeted again with the heavy breathing of the advisor who had the personality of a plank of wood.
I was told the items are in process and cannot be cancelled. This basically told me that I made the mistake of ordering items from a site which acts as a middle man. However, not my problem. I advised that I will have to chargeback any money taken if they cannot fulfil a refund request within 48 hours of making an order which hasn't even shipped. The advisor raised her voice and talked over me and was quite rude when I explained I had no option but to chargeback.
Complete lack of training and customer service. No idea how they have been in business since 2001.
