We have been using Barnes and Nobel at RIT for the last two years for our son's textbooks. He picks out the textbooks he needs and puts them in the cart. He can choose to rent or buy depending on his needs. We can login and review, then place the order. They have very flexible options to pick up or have delivered to his mailroom. They do substitute if a used book is not available. So far, we have not had any big surprise price changes when they have had to substitute. They have been able to provide all books that he has needed to date. A much better experience than the major online textbook sites we used before.
