Penny auctions have come and gone people say. "They can't be trusted" & "they're all scams" is another one.
I'm here to tell you, there ARE (a few) trustworthy sites, and DealDash is one of them!
I've been a member since October, 2016, I've won over 21 high quality products (with free shipping!) and the one or two times I've had to contact customer service, I was amazed at how professional & courteous they were.
I've never felt anyone was trying to scam me out of money, quite the contrary, they GIVE you bids everyday, just for logging in! (Up to 15 bids). (They can't go broke after all).
And that's probably the main reason I keep coming back, I love collecting those free bids! (;
So I urge you not to listen to the haters, and give DealDash a try! It really is fun & entertaining, and there's NOTHING like that rush when you win an auction! It's something everyone should experience...

I seriously want to see the profile of the people who actually win an item on this site! I bet it's their employees.
Bottom line: don't put your money here, it's better off with eBay or something like that.
Joined today, placed 2 items on auto-bid just before they hit the 5 dollar mark. And what do you know? BOTH items used up all my bids with 5-6 people over-bidding me for hours and as soon as I was out of bids/money, the auction ended. I find it extremely hard to believe that within 30 seconds of me stopping bidding, that the other 4 people competing with me stopped too resulting in the remaining person winning.
If you study this site it becomes painfully obvious that it is a scam. Unfortunately, I fell for it. STAY AWAY from it, don't fall prey to their Facebook posts, don't believe anything positive you read about this site because you will get sucked in and lose your money as well. They lure you in and then take your money. They're $72 dollars richer today and I'm a sucker for falling for it.

Fairly good selection of items... very fast shipping... extremely pleased with the entire experience... I'll be here for a very long time... maybe for eternity... this place makes me smile... thanks folks
Again, Fedex says they delivered but they never showed and I was home all day working on the front door. I live in a quite neighborhood with only neighbor traffic. Fedex is my standard problem here and I would never use them for any service due to this constant issue they cannot fix.
Dealdash states they will send another package. Hopefully by some other carrier.

I've gotten many great deals on dealdash.com but the most surprising thing was the outstanding customer service I've received on the few issues I've encountered. Their customer service folks are live, caring people who really have the answers, not an automated system churning out generic responses.
As with any business, there may well be glitches from time to time, but I found by contacting them, they answered in a timely manner and went above and beyond the norm to help me.
I have had a great experience over that past few months since using DealDash. It gives me a fun yet inexpensive way to shop for me and my family. The gift cards really came in handy at Christmas time. The customer service team is one of the best and Ive ever seen. Their response time alone is above average.
Interesting that almost all the high ratings talk about great customer service only. The way it works is obviously not worth it. Only one person wins, so the likelihood of you spending money for nothing is high! Every bid costs 60¢ whether u win or not, and everytime someone bids it adds time to the bid. So it's not like you can try being the highest bidder when the last second hits. You're stuck having to keep bidding until everyone else stops. At that point, you may have bid a thousand times and spent several hundred dollars JUST bidding. Get smart people!
5 stars for my past experience. I got an awesome deal about a year ago, but lately it seems almost impossible to win. And unfortunately with a cut in income, I can't afford the luxury losing. So my recent activity has been reduced greatly. Hanging on to those last few bids for just the right time.
Can get some incredible deals on expensive equipment, and useful everyday things at a fraction of retail or even good sale prices! Also, customer service has been helpful with any issues I've had and resolved quickly! They've also taken a good stand against those that try to cheat the system with team bidding and people using cheating software and i like that they are proactive against such deviants!
I have used Deal Dash for over a year now have bought several items. If there is ever a problem, they will go the extra mile ensuring your satisfaction. It is possible to find great deals on this site!
LOVE - the products, excitement, competition, service. Very entertaining!
HATE - staying awake all night, being late for work, being unable to compete with the bidders who can afford to bid on every item on the page and shut out the less fortunate from so many auctions.
Overall, it is a great site, but I'm going broke!
DealDash is a great penny auction website. I joined two months ago and already have won several cool electronic items at a fraction of the cost. Customer service handles issues in a very timely manner and they do what they can to keep their bidders satisfied.
Love this site. Gives great descriptions on items and very nice expensive things for a small price. The products are delivered quickly and packaged very well. Also, DealDash, has excellent customer service!

Love winning great deals! Hate when people over bid the value of an item, but I guess I can't really control that. Need to earn more bids while being bidding leader. Takes too long to accrue free bids.
I made a purchase by accident and customer service immediately responded and resolved the problem without any further inconvenience. I wish everyone handled disputes in the same manner. They have awesome deals as well!

There are LOTS of team bidders or possibly it's the same person setting up multiple accounts. I have bid on three different items where there were two others bidding. As soon as I dropped out, one of the others did too letting the other win before someone else joined the auction. That's too much of a coincidence since it's happened three different times within a few days.
I did win an item 2 weeks ago that hasn't shipped yet. It's readily available online or at BestBuy. I contacted their support via e-mail & was told it may be as long as a month from the date the auction was completed. Their FAQ states fast shipping but it isn't.

I hope you have written into our customer support team notifying of suspected team bidding so this can be investigated. If you have not done that yet, please do so immediately.
As for the item you won 2 weeks ago which has not shipped, I'm very sorry for this delay. Our team always does their very best to ensure all items are shipped by our supplying partners promptly and without delay. There must be some explanation for this and my guess is it has to do with a stocking issue. However, if you'd like to write in and provide me with your username I'll be happy to have this looked into straight away and provide you with a status update. If the shipping is still delayed we'd be happy to substitute the item with a gift card of your choice if you would no longer like to wait. Deal Dash is just fine. We all know how they make money and it's O. K. Number one rule: Don't bet on anything that you are not willing to buy.
What I don't understand is some of the gamers. To pay 49.75 for a $50.00 gift card, what has gotten into the player? Maybe he doesn't have to pay for his bids. :))
One more point: The issues I had were all promptly solved by your staff.
It seems to me that there Title speaks of Easy to win auctions. I have had nothing but heartache dealing with these auctions. You see I would spend so much money on bids, just to lose them all! Every auction I entered was an all day, or all night one. Hundreds, and Thousands of bids, lost for small items like: Bed Sheets, Towels, Wine Glasses, etc. I tried mixing the time of day to enter. It didn't matter. I would look at previous winners, and scream! How they win at $1, 3, 5 just makes my blood boil!
There customer service dept. has been very heart felt with me. They helped me out several times. I can't Thank them enough. I just wish I didn't spend so much!
