I got a call from Customs saying I had to give them more info...since my computer knowledge is VERY limited (I am a senior) I did not know how to do what they wanted so they said they would have to send the item back to Dealdash...I notified you and the issue was resolved. Thank you very much.

Tried to do the steps for free bids and had a problem doing the comment required portion. Emailed them and they gave me the free bids anyway!
Once you learn the ins and outs of auctioning on this site you will win stuff at low prices. For example: I won a 550 dollar vacuum cleaner for under 6 dollars. Including bids it was like maybe 15 or 20 bucks. I won a 300 dollar top quality duffel bag for like 6 bids which ended up being like a dime. I won a set of knives for 2 dollars. Since it was a half price sale I paid 98 cents. Including bids i probably paid 5 dollars for these top quality chef knives.

This site used to be a great auction site, but lately I have noticed that even with fairly aggressive bidding there are a lot of bidders out there who are overtaking the auctions. It would be nice if management would consider a few more controls to give more folks a chance to win now and then.

It can be very frustrating when you have a hard time playing with the "big bidders" that have big banks of bids. Also challenging is overcoming the "threatening" bidders names that make you unsure of where you stand. I wonder if anyone ever reviews the names that some of your bidders use. And, the statements under their names can be disheartening. I am going to start listing some of them so I can share next time I have a chance to review.

DealDash is great! I have won numerous items less than a dollar. Very fair, offering you to pay for an item if do not win and get your bids back. They often have great prices on bid packs too. Fun! Fun!
Gotta be careful and this site can be rewarding, took a while t learn. Now these team bidders or the coincidental dropping our of other bidders just when I do is unnerving, almost think you guys are involved(bidding)
Desktop site work is great. Overall experience with DealDash has been really good. We have received all products that we win in a timely manner. The Customer Support team really cares about users and listens!
Love the customer service, design, and the way all the auctions are set up. Only problem I have is sometimes the bids last 11 seconds instead of 10, so you could win but someone gets an extra second to jump in.
Quick response to my contact email and follow up came in a couple days. Graham very business like and you know you will be kept updated until your problem is resolved. Definitely 5 stars when it comes to customer service.

Deal Dash has a wonderful support team! They gave me a full refund with no questions asked after I made an unintended purchase. I will definitely be trying them out to see what their bidding is all about!
I can only speak for myself, but the service provided by DealDash is far superior than 'other type' auction sites. Things usually go smoothly, but once in awhile, things happen. One time a technical glitch and another, item received was broken. Both times, the issue was handled right away with no hassle what-so-ever. Great Service!

Deal dash has saved me thousands on products around the house from clocks to artwork and basically my whole bed set. It also makes Christmas shopping easy because everyone just wants gift cards nowadays. If you know what you're doing you can save a ton of money.
